After a long trip the mall, me and my daughter wanted to try out a new drink at starbucks! Zak (Zack?) made my Starbucks experience great. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was exactly right. Great service all around!

my dad ordered a drink for me and asked for a caramel brulee latte and they gave use a iced latte. its crazy bc i’ve applied to this starbucks multiple times and have been denied when i actually have experience and want to satisfy customers, you are hiring people who cant listen to simple instructions. i didn’t have time to change my drink, you guys absolutely suck. and i asked for extra caramel drizzle and didn’t even get any like im so pissed i genuinely hope whoever made my drink has a horrible week. why would i order a iced latte around caramel brulee season . this starbucks staff is garbage bunch of target starbucks workers you hired.

This location sucks. I always have a horrible experience. I don’t even know why I give them so many chances. You’d think that they would actually make drinks correctly but I guess that’s not what they do here.
I ordered my drink with the cashier.
Caramel Brûlée Latte, 2 pumps only, oat milk to the middle line, with extra ice.
When the barista was making my drink, I noticed he put the oat milk WAY above the middle line. I told the barista that I wanted the oat milk to the middle line with extra ice. I APOLOGIZED and I said that the cashier knew so I thought it was on the sticker. So he remade it and looked annoyed.
He still made it incorrectly and put too much milk once again. So I went to my car and called customer service and I got a refund.

Such a disappointing experience. They won’t be getting my business anymore.

Everyone at Starbucks are so friendly

This store has seen some great improvement over the last year, really friendly staff and a great open lobby!

We wandered off the highway on our way to Tahoe looking for something to eat and ended up here. We bought coffee and a pastry and that was enough for this stop, then back on the road.

I have been sitting in this welcoming environment of Starbucks, working quietly as I sip on my latte, and (oddly?) loving every minute. I over here the baristas interact with the folks in the shop as if they were family and as if this were a charming small town. I received the close attention of a barista who wanted to make sure I properly connected to the wifi, watched coffee drinkers addressed by name, entertaining a little one enjoying a yummy mini scone. I could go on. This kind of kindness and hospitality should never go unnoticed! ?

Sunday morning before a walk, I can count on SB Watt Ave, to be open and always cheerful! And they are ready for the holidays; see my pics. Didn’t have to wait for the coffee; served after paying and minutes later our pre-heated bakery order arrived. I didn’t have to ask to warm up the danish. Notice the “Bl” the waitress marked to distinguish the 2 coffees ??good service.

usually good service, the employees are mostly very kind however today i ordered a venti, paid for a venti, and got a grande. Usually it’s not an issue because i just reorder it but they told me i ordered a grande which i didn’t. Then after that my friend asked for a tray and the two workers at the counter LAUGHED at her??

Extremely disappointed that my drink was not modified like I paid for. And the fat girl used old milk in our drink. Won't be returning and prolly with end up meeting her outside one of these

Just wanted to give a little shout out to the helpfulness of this Starbucks location and it’s baristas. My mobile order wasn’t working today, so I had to come inside to order and I was already running late to work. They completed my order quickly and I made it to my meeting in time this morning. Thank you guys!
