Easily my most favorite Starbucks I go here almost every morning and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is always well educated on their product and customer service is always top-notch. Even when there is a line to get your coffee, the weight never seems that long.

Someone please teach these baristas how to make a dry cappuccino. My drink is all milk and no foam. It's supposed to be espresso and foam, that's it! Is it really that difficult?

A lesbian barista was on duty today who flirts with heterosexual female customers habitually at the University Village location. It has been over 6 months of the same inappropriate, forward, and suggestive behavior from her when I pick up my drink from the counter and try to sit down in the cafe. Today I called Starbucks customer service and reported her behavior to upper management. She is totally out of control, treating heterosexual non gay customers as if sexual fluidity is possible, which it is not. You cannot flirt with customers period, but when you cross the sexual preference line, things get even uglier. She is cruising for a lawsuit, I hope she is reprimanded accordingly. She was on duty today at 4:00pm. It makes heterosexual women feel disgusting, fearful, anxious, paranoid, and volatile when our boundaries are not respected.

Ordered an ice coffee with two pumps of vanilla and very light cream (I emphasized several times when I ordered the need for VERY light cream). The drink came out almost white because there was so much cream. A matter of fact, we did t recognize the drink and thought they were still making it until we inquired about our order. Initially I left the store but within two steps of the door, I came back and explained that there was too much cream in my iced coffee asking if it could be remade (I've never asked for a drink to be remade!). I even said I would pay for another one feeling bad for requesting that the drink be remade. However instead of remaking the drink, the barista said she would just add more coffee!! I was shocked. Needless to say, adding more coffee didn't help things at all. I left the store and threw away the coffee. So disappointed.

This location is the best in Sac, hands down. The baristas are always cheerful and accommodating. They've messed up my order before but are always eager to remake it and once even gave me a gift card. Total change in attitude than at the Fair Oaks location.

Was running around with a friend for her birthday and stopped by this Starbucks for her free drink. I asked them for something sweet and blended that wouldn't fill me up since we were going to dinner. A barista named Lunedah volunteered to make me something she thought I would like. OMG!! Let me tell you, it was the best Starbucks drink I have every had. She was nice enough to give us the directions on how to order. It is my favorite drink now!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH LUNEDAH!!

Stopped by on my lunch break and they were out of the bacon sausage wrap so I asked for a bacon Gouda in place of it, I must have waited for ten minutes of them talking and walking around before one of the baristas asked where the bacon Gouda was. And then they finally put it in the oven and I had to wait a few more seconds for it to be done.The location is very clean and well put together so I am truly hoping they can redeem themselves next time I stop in!P.S. do not drive to this location unless you would like to spend 20-30 minutes looking for a park, I’d suggest walking or riding a bike.

If I can rate them 0 stars I would. The picture is my grande drink, cos I said less ice. When I asked for more milk- I got told off with a one off exception they they will charge me next time for more milk, if I order less ice - they are apparently only allowed to add so much of milk, don’t think they have any restrictions on how much ice they can add. Starbucks is growing unpopular day by day - so many caveats and conditions.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would because the customer service we received today was despicable. I came in after having only ordered sandwiches. Because of my slight delay, I simply asked the barista if he could warm it up for me or microwave it again. He then informed me that they didn't have a microwave and rudely offered to reheat another grilled cheese, which I accepted. When he was finished, I asked for a few siracha packs, to which he again rudely replied that they didn't have any. I’ve been to multiple other locations with the baristas being more than willing to reheat food items. I wasn't sure if the worker assumed the food items weren't for me because I placed the order under another name, but his rude demeanor completely threw me off. Please, as someone who works with patients on a daily basis, correct your completely inappropriate attitude. Please do better, even if it means turning down a customer for services you’re not able to fulfill.

Maybe it's about timing and location. Today, this place had quick and kind service, and quiet seating to savor the effects of the coffee and a warm chocolate croissant. So glad this spot has no drive-thru!
