New to area this one is closest to my house at least its in a grocery store that i stop and get a few things from time to time however usually in the morning they only have 1 person working there. Sometimes I wait so long to place my order i just end up leaving and going to Dutch bros down the street….. place needs to be faster, much faster

I need to stop coming to this Starbucks but I do because it’s close to my house hoping the service will be better than the last time but today it was the same as every other time. Kailyh Needs to work on her customer service she is very rude when asked questions it seems like I was bothering he so she made my drink wrong. This is not the first time this has happened but I will be driving the extra miles for better service and to get the drinks I ordered made right.

Barista girl was sooo rude!! Her name is Kailyh, she was so slowly and just don’t say any greeting word to the customers. I have never seen such service like that ??‍♀️

Yesterday morning, Oct 24 2023 a Safeway employee and the only Starbucks employee behind the counter were having a deep conversation about everything that goes wrong with that location. It was about 10am. The Safeway employee had her back to us and was leaning into the counter, we never saw her face, all we could see was her rear end. The Starbucks employee was an older woman (about my age) complaining about how much work she has to do and about her co-workers who don’t finish their job and she has to do it all. My son and I stood in line for over 5 minutes. The Starbucks employee did not even greet us, she just continued complaining. This is the second time we are at this location and we are subjected to hear complaints of the Starbucks employees. But in this case, this woman did not even noticed our frustration waiting for her to stop venting and provide us with service. We walked away without our coffee, and without her ever addressing us. So for the management in this location to know, your employees are so into their own work drama that they do not even see the clients in line! We could not get any food or drinks so the one star is not about the quality of your product, but because we never got what we were there to get. We could not even order it. At the tables in the far corner by the wall, there was someone else in Starbucks uniform doing paperwork. She too saw us waiting, and waiting & waiting and did not even bother to tell her co-worker to get on it. You have a job to serve the public, not to complain about your job so that we your clients know how miserable you feel in it. I would suggest to this lady; “if you are so unhappy at Starbucks, quit and find yourself another job”. There are plenty of other people who would love the opportunity to work at a Starbucks. ☹️

Came here on 4/17/2023 at 450 pm no one was behind counter the young ladies was on side talking and me and another customer waiting 8 mins and not one time she acknowledged us she came around counter start helping safeway employee and I and then guy said we been waiting 8 mins can we get some help I'm so done bad Customer service and never said I apologize or sorry I guess cause we are black we did not matter I'm done with this location manger train your employees and make sure someone are always behind the counter

Mrs.Dawn make the early morning more enjoyable. She's always very friendly and has amazing customers service. I've gone to this location off and on and she's the only one who has ever spoken to me. The other workers are capable and make my drink as ordered. I went today and my order was taken and prepared while I sat in the table area (that they have out again). Also this location has no toaster oven and they don't tell you until after they give you your cheese Danish still in the plastic bag(no complain about that) in the pastry sleeve. Why 5 start the workers have no control over the equipment and Mrs.Dawn make up for customer service.

So my number one problem with star bucks is the coffee is all roasted dark any coffee drinker in the know will tell you it's all about lite roasted coffee for taste and kick sorry starbucks but that's the way to keep em coming back I'm pretty sure it's just a matter of time till you are no more !!!!!

Stopped by with my daughter to get two green iced teas and Dream bars. Axxxa (letters x'd out for privacy) was at the cash register. She blankly stared at us and then questioned our order. When asked if we could get two dream bars she commented "Well you can grab one." What we ended up with was poor customer service and two undrinkable green iced teas. The tea seemed like ice and concentrate...gross! I have called the manager at the store, a refund was offered which was appreciated. My biggest concern was the terrible customer service. She had two other employees in the area helping! I would just avoid this place!

Machines are always broken. They never have any ingredients to make anything. Don't even bother coming to this Starbucks. Save your time and go to another.
