Love the pink drink but don't ask a straw they're so rude but my drink a five out of five. when i asked for a napkin they ignored me but the drinks are yummy.

Extremely friendly staff! Every time I go in there I order what I want and the employees are super nice and patient with what I choose since I do get indecisive sometimes, they offered me free drinks one time since they weren't done correctly which was nice. Great spot would recommend

The only thing that disappointed my son and I is no drive thru and I am disabled and not able to walk or stand much. Didn't even see any handicap parking and no ramp for getting up on the sidewalk.

For the most part this Starbucks has been ok except for one time when the batista had an attitude when I asked a question about one of their drinks. Went in today because I won a free coffee through the summer game, and had an email with a barcode to redeem the free drink. The 2 brown haired girls working on 8/13 around 11 AM asked me 5 times for the barcode and it would not take. With a deer in the headlights look they told me they could not honor the coupon. They did not console with a manager for help. Pressed for time I told them it's all good and she said ok and look relieved. No apology. Being their a multi million dollar company I would of honored the coupon that clearly states a free drink with an expiration date of 11/2021, but they just looked relieved I was willing to let it go and walk out empty handed. Just be aware if you win a drink through this game they will not honor it.

Friendly crew...sometimes will get you coffee grounds for the garden, if it's not too busy! Keep everyone safe, wear a mask...and be careful backing out of your parking space!

Barista did not listen to my order and did not ring me up a drink. She had major attitude and definitely not coming back to this one. When my drinks and food items were delivered as well I was told to get back in line.

I went in there just to get a coffee and something quick to eat. They were training some new people. It took longer than normal for them to get me my croissant. They were very sweet about it taking so long. They were very apologetic. The people they have working there are amazing. Very kind. I work in customer service, I would hire any of them. Amazing!

I started to go this place seen 2014 because very convenient and close to my work, and I don't like to write reviews but I have to today, I'm not happy with the way staff service!Their staff is very rude, never come back ! I have been there long time almost every day! Their staff is make me disappointed!

So I just want to start off by saying this particular location is my favorite!! I've been going to this one for 5 years now. I live in Natomas and have one less then 3 minutes from my house but I rather come to Arden and Morse since it's near my job AND because all the employees are amazing! It doesn't matter who's working, who's new they are all great! This morning I submitted a mobile order for my usual and got there and they were slammed I was waiting a little bit before I had to leave to work without my drink. I let the barista know i would be back in a little bit. I was definitely not upset. It happens, no problem, I work across the street..it's no big deal to come back. I go back an hour later and not only were they so apologetic, they made my drink a venti and gave me a gift card! I seriously didn't need that extra service but it does mean a lot. I've said it before I'll say it again THIS LOCATION, THESE BARISTAS are the best. Great customer service goes a long way. I wish I remembered their names and I'm so sorry I don't but the three that were working on 4/27/2021 at 9am, you are amazing and thank you!!!
