They may be a dollar cheaper than the 2 other starbucks in the area but they need more help. They are very slow, 2 times now they just forgot drinks and when asked I'm the problem. 17 minutes waiting then 8 more minutes waiting because they forgot.

I placed a mobile order ahead, and the app showed my pickup time would be 7–10 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later, but my order wasn’t ready at all and I ended up waiting another 20 minutes.
What made it more frustrating was that customers who walked in and ordered at the counter after I arrived received their drinks faster than my mobile order. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
If pickup times in the app aren’t accurate or mobile orders aren’t prioritized, that should be made clear. This was a waste of time and a disappointing experience.

Why do they serve free drinks to the dirty homeless people that come in? After we saw this, we left. Very undesirable. Just keeps bringing them back. Do customers really like this. We don't.

I don’t usually write reviews for chain restaurants but when I stopped at this Starbucks a few months back, I was met with a charismatic employee that not only made my day but all the other customers who walked in. I found out her name was Glory, and she truly lives up to her name. Thank you Glory for such a welcoming experience!
