They may have not meant any harm, but It's still kind of rude to hang up on others when you may have something else to say, or before a customer says thank you and goodbye. It's kinda unprofessional for business.

usually customer service at Starbucks in targets is super mediocre. But not for this one! They're super friendly and helpful. The drinks are superb!

Earlier, I was seated with my spouse, partaking in a less than satisfactory cup of coffee at this specific Starbucks establishment. During this time, a woman and her teenage daughter entered the premises. It was noticeable that the daughter engaged in stimming behaviors for self soothing and repetitively vocalizing. Regrettably, two Starbucks employees reacted by erupting into uncontrolled laughter. I trust that the corporate management will review this testimont and initiate the necessary measures in response.

I wouldn't normally leave a review for a huge chain but as someone who is lactose intolerant I think I have to. I went in today and ordered an Oatmilk latte. What I got was a whole milk latte. I only realized after I had gotten all the way home. Super disappointed at my wasted money and upset stomach.

If it's before 10:00 a.m., mobile order at least 25 minutes in advance and anticipate waiting a few minutes when you arrive. Not sure what changed, but as of August 2023 it has taken an extraordinary amount of time. I've ordered 20 minutes in advance and still waited at least 15 minutes when I got there.

Generally, this location is pretty fast in making drinks but still suggest ordering ahead ~10 min ahead especially early on a weekday morning. This is usually my go to location as they make your drinks right! The baristas are well trained as everything I've ordered here has been up to par and taste how it should be and almost perfect every time even with modifications! They don't always greet you when you come in, but I can care less about that. However, it would be nice at times when looking for your drink at the order section that they ask and help you look for your drink if you find yourself struggling since some are tucked under the wall. At times I have to get their attention to ask. Otherwise, staff has been overall nice.My gripe about this location though is the parking. Small parking lot, but generally there will be a spot open as many just come and go, but the spaces are pretty tight. You can come here to do work or study as they do have plenty of seats and tables but just note the difficulty in parking.

I had such a strange interaction with one of the baristas at this location. I ordered a sweet cream Vanilla cold brew on the mobile app. When I came to pick it up the color was white. Every Starbucks I go to puts different amounts of the sweet cream in the drink. H happens to be heavy on the cream and I can literally go down the street to Folsom Blvd location to compare because they are light with the cream. Anyways, I asked the barista to dump out a little of the drink to add more coffee and she aggressively dumped out my entire drink, muttered something about me to her colleagues, and then scolded me and told me next time I need to order it with light cream because it's easier to add more cream then start over and dump out the drink. The whole interaction was so aggressive for absolutely no reason. I was kind and tactful. this is the job you chose. If you're not happy there go work somewhere else. I worked as a server for 15 years, I know a thing or two about customer service and I know you were trashing me to your colleagues. I probably won't frequent this location as much. The Folsom Blvd location is much nicer and welcoming.

Rude service. Felt unwelcome the moment I walked up to the register. Cashier had a really angry look and demeanor. As for the person who made the drink she started off friendly but when she gave me a venti brown sugar shaken espresso with 1/4 oatmilk missing, I asked her if she could fill it to the top with oatmilk. She angrily stated I need to tell her next time "because that's a lot".I used mobile order and there is no option for this. First and last time coming to this location. Please hire people with actual customer service skills.
