In this place, both the employee and the manager of Chinese origin treated me very despotically because of their characteristics, they charged me for a large caramel Frappuccino drink $13.00 dls. I complained, the girl called the manager and told me that they will return money 6.25 which they never gave me. He came back and discriminated against me because I was Hispanic or because in my opinion he has. Very bad service

Watch your order carefully! They used dairy in my order even though I ordered non-dairy. Careless employees could make you sick if you can't have dairy for medical reasons. The barista who remade my order didn't even apologize for the mistake.

This is the worst starbucks to go to. They are rude and the manger likes to argue and her tone is acceptable. There was another customer that overheard my experience and told me she stopped going there because of how rude the staff is. The first made the wrong drink and after I told them the acted bothered and then gave my daughter a plain drink with a little Carmel on top. When I asked another employee in the store she told me that's not how they are made and to go back. When I asked to speak to the managers manger she first told me he's not here then was like you know what let me go call him. Then she proceeded with her attitude. I have never been treated like this at a starbucks. Don't go here ever.

Line was pretty long, got through it quickly though. Ordered my drink extra caramel and line the cup. Not one drop on the cup. This happens frequently there, just today was enough. My cup clearly shows how I ordered it!
No seating. We bought coffee and bagels and were told we could walk to target for Outside seating. Horrible experience.

₩○W! 5-STARS! Excellent customer service!!! Wayyyyyyy friendly staff!! ? I was struggling to access my membership #/card on my phone/app which of course was taking forever and the barista stopped to see if I needed help or if there was anything in the app I wasn't sure of. He asked me about MY day, how I was doing??? Then checked that the payment made was the right card since I'd forgotten that I set up all transactions to go to a specific card. That to me, is hands down great service!! Leaving with a huge smile and a new drink! I ♡ it! I'll always be back!!!

They are one of the better Starbucks in town it's a shame cuz they close up early cuz there's not that much foot traffic.But if you want to get your drink made with love when you're in the area go here.
