My “home” Starbucks. Staff is friendly. Popped in today to do a walk in order & chatted with the manager while she was on cashier , lady with the short hair. She was so nice & talkative (in a good way) customer service impeccable 🥰🥰

Skip this Starbucks and go to the one at Target. Staff unhelpful and appear bored with their jobs, or annoyed to be there.

The interior is redesigned in comparison to recent photos. Feels smaller than before and no seating.

The drive through looked like it moves swiftly.

As I was inside as a walk in, I noticed the two staff didn’t communicated a greeting or instruct the new patrons who came in. We all were just standing there and nobody asked anyone to come to the register.

A couple decided to approach the counter and I walked up when it was my turn and asked for a specific drink, they said it wasn’t available. Ok. I asked for water with a lemon wedge, the cashier made a face and said “I don’t have JUST a lemon wedge, we have lemonade.”

A splash of lemon or a lemon wedge does not equal lemonade. I bought a tea and an egg with fruit box. No tip was earned.

Odd to be condescending when it’s a ghost town in there at 8:30A on a Monday. You’d think they would appreciate customers are the reason they have a job.

I thought well maybe it’s just this one blonde who has a bad attitude. I go to a curly haired lady and she also ignored me at first while tapping on an iPad and leaning at a counter. I said excuse me 3x. On the third attempt I asked about a cup to purchase for my hot tea so I could place in a travel container. She apathetically shrugged and replied that “[they] don’t have anything like that, try Target instead.”

Excellent advice.

Dear Starbucks Customer Care,

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding my recent experiences at the Starbucks location near my workplace. I have been a frequent and loyal customer at this store for quite some time, often stopping by to order my usual drink: an iced chai with caramel in the cup, vanilla cold foam on top, and caramel ribbon crunch.

Over time, there have been occasions when my drink was made incorrectly. I always tried to handle these situations politely by requesting that my order be corrected. At one point, I asked to speak with a store manager to see if we could improve my experience before escalating my concerns to corporate. I spoke with a manager named Zelda, who remade my drink but unfortunately made me feel uncomfortable and almost guilty for even voicing my concerns. It left me feeling as though my feedback wasn’t welcome, but I decided to continue giving this location a chance.

Each time my drink was made incorrectly after that, I respectfully informed Zelda when she was present. Today, however, I experienced something far more upsetting and humiliating. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window to pick up a pumpkin chai, Zelda came to the window and accused me of not paying for my last visit. This accusation was completely false. I always pay for my drinks and often leave tips. I have bank statements to prove this.

It’s important to note that during my last visit, a manager on duty remade my drink due to a mistake by one of the baristas, and I was given that drink free of charge. I believe there was a miscommunication between that manager and Zelda, leading her to assume I had taken a drink without paying. Instead of clarifying the situation, Zelda wrongfully accused me and then told me I could no longer return to this Starbucks location.

This entire situation was not only embarrassing but deeply upsetting. I felt humiliated to be treated this way, especially as a loyal customer who has continued to support this location even when my experiences were less than ideal. I work for a large corporation, and I understand the importance of professionalism and clear communication.

Frankly, Zelda’s behavior shows a lack of leadership and customer service skills. She has now caused Starbucks to lose a loyal customer. I plan to share this experience with my coworkers and will advise them to avoid this location in the future.

I am requesting that Starbucks review this matter thoroughly. I would appreciate a response, as well as clarification on how this situation will be addressed to prevent other customers from going through a similar experience.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Stopped by Starbucks today for my usual coffee break. The drinks were just as delicious as always definitely a highlight for me! The prices feel a bit high, I payed like 21$ for my drink and a grilled sandwich but I guess that's pretty common nowadays. Service was okay, nothing to complain about, though I did notice that some of the tables needed a wipe-down.

Astrix, the gentman with the cool green hair, needs a raise. Quality, service, and overall vibe was above and beyond. The 4 drinks he made for me and my coworkers were beyond excellent, attacking our taste buds with each sip of liquified perfection. Lets not let his outstanding quality overshadow his gentleman like service though. This man not only deliverd our drinks with a smile that could light up space itself, but also held the door open for me so I didn't need to struggle while holding all the drinks. If there was a bar, this man exceeds it 10 fold because the vibes threw my social anxiety out the window.

Ed at Starbucks is of the best people I’ve ever met. Always welcoming, positive, and just brings good vibes every single time. He’s the kind of person who makes your day without even trying. Starbucks needs more Eds!

This location provides exceptional customer service. Ordered a Grande Iced Hazelnut Shaken Espresso with Vanilla Cold foam at the drive through. When I got my drink at the window it didn’t look like there was any Vanilla cold foam but I didn’t say anything because I was unsure and didn’t wanna be a bother. Anyways I parked and went to the nail salon across the way and the kind lady who works there brought me the drink I ordered originally and I was extremely impressed and was not expected. These employees go above and beyond I wish I had her name to shout her out! Thank you
