I was waiting for my car to be repaired, so I had plenty of time. Just sat there to enjoy a cup of coffee and study. But... the floor was full of pieces of paper, the music was so loud and the staff talked all the time.I had to leave quickly.

They are one of the better Starbucks in town it's a shame cuz they close up early cuz there's not that much foot traffic.But if you want to get your drink made with love when you're in the area go here.

I stopped by my local Target this Christmas Eve for some last minute shopping. On my way out I stopped by the Starbucks. I noticed there was only one employee working. This young lady was taking orders and then making them all by herself. So obviously there was as a little wait even though you could tell she was trying her best. I was so sad to hear so many customers take out their frustration on her rather than the Target managers who should either got her some help or stepped in and offered a hand. I hope someone from Target leadership reads this review and learns to treat their employees better. Thank you ISABELLA for your hard work and hope Target values you!

Customer service, customer service, customer service. It's hard to find these days, but you'll find it here. The staff are just kind, friendly, and have a great energy. I'll go out of my way for this Starbucks simply because I know I'm going to be treated well.
My family and I just ordered in the drive through, and from the beginning the girl taking our order was extremely short and rude with us. And when we met her at the window it was even worse. She had absolutely no customer service and shouldn’t be working with people at the window. My brother asked if it was possible to get an iced water and she completely ignored us and didn’t respond. So we thought maybe she didn’t hear us & he asked again. She snapped very rudely and said “I heard you the first time.” As if we were supposed to know that? We were very nice to her and gave her the benefit of the doubt but nonetheless, that behavior should not be tolerated.

I live across from a Starbucks on Howe, but I'd rather drive 4 miles to this one. The staff here is super friendly and helpful, and my drinks are actually made how I order them. If something is out of stock, they make a suggestion that is pretty close to what you want and it's great! I always feel so good when leaving this location. Thank you to the staff!
