just wanted a cup of water .. was told i had to buy something as member with points i should be able to get water . i think im done with starbucks . dutch bris would never .

This was for the Watt Avenue store. I think it said number 102 or suite 102 on top of it but I just want to thank you folks so much. Kaitlyn and Gav were amazing. I’m a medical rep, and I buy coffee from Starbucks daily. It’s a real treat when you get employees like you have. They were friendly professional, didn’t have a problem, reading off my list and didn’t give me any flock for it and calve was all about taken care of me quickly. I’m really impressed with both of them and I really appreciate it. I will be back to this location.

Worst experience, my drink was tasteless then I asked to use their restroom the barista said are you a customer did you purchase a drink I told her I just did , do I need to purchase another one!!?? Iam wounding now how many drinks you have to buy so you can use their value golden restroom ??!!

I don't even know what to say. I don't live near this store, but I wanted to grab a bite to eat and stopped at a coffee shop I really like in my city. I ordered online, and when I went into the store and asked to use the restroom, they wouldn't let me in for reasons I didn't understand. I spent a long time asking why they wouldn't let me in, but the employees' behavior was very strange. In the end, they gave me my food and let me into the restroom, but not before all that happened. I had a very negative experience.

Super rude service, lady came out and told us we had to buy something otherwise we need to leave. If we are waiting for other company, are we only allowed to come up to your business when we are ready to buy? What an embarrassment!!! Definitely will never be doing business here.

I started coming here when I “tried it out” because I was often getting my drink made wrong at other stores. Watt and kings never lets me down. I’ve been daily visiting this store since. I’ll sacrifice the convenience of a drive through. also they create a very calm and accepting atmosphere it seems very easily. Tia is great every time there’s a few more people I’m not remembering their names right now but one has a buzz cut and there’s a lady with brown hair who’s always smiling, she just got her coffee masters. Just straight up, props to you guys cause I look forward to getting my coffee each day. I just want to say again though how great it is for the coffee to be so consistent every time. That’s probably my favorite part.

This is absolutely the worst Starbucks. If u are in this area and order through DoorDash. This Starbucks purposely makes u wait for your order to get cold. I didn’t believe until I seen it for myself today. A young lady who was a dasher was picking up an order to deliver for a DoorDash/Starbucks customer. The workers acknowledged her for over 10 minutes time. The 2 cups were sitting on the counter, ready to be delivered but needed to be bagged. First one worker told the other worker to get it done. The other worker said OK and didn’t get to it I watch the Doordash or ask again for the order. The worker said I’ll get to it and continued conversation with another worker. I heard the Doordash or called the customer and apologize for the inconvenience of it being late, but her order is sitting on the counter waiting to be delivered as soon as she receives it, she will deliver it I actually seen this happen before and even though this is the closest Starbucks to my house, I think I’m gonna start going out to the next one closest to me. I don’t like the way these people were treating this Dasher. I’ve actually heard another Dasher previously waiting on an order last week. Have a hard difficult time with the workers as well. That is what made me want to pay attention to what was happening this time management really needs to get their workers on the right page whether if somebody orders from Doordash or any other platform, they are still Starbucks customers they are still waiting for their order. I ordered DoorDash all the time I would expect a merchant to treat a Dasher just as they would treat myself as a normal customer because regardless the food is getting paid for.

This is definitely one of the starbucks of all time

Visited from out of town and the people working here were absolutely some of the nicest I’ve ever met. It was a busy Saturday morning but they kept a positive attitude and orders were out fast. Keep it up :)
