This Starbucks on Watt near El Camino was packed on Friday at 9:30 am. They misplaced my order somehow and it took almost 20 minutes to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The baristas were fabulous, however, shouting out names and telling them not just, "You're drink's up," but, "Your drink's next." Never heard that before in a busy coffee house of any brand!Parking: Busy, busy, busy - but turnover's good.

I don't go out to Starbucks very often. This location happens to be ideal for me to meet others at after the early morning rush. The drinks are always good and the staff is super friendly. It rarely feels super crowded.Vegetarian options: Can order a plant based option for many of the drinks.Dietary restrictions: I'm vegan. Really easy to get zero dairy.

Excellent customer services at this location! Jerry, Lauren and Tim made my day today. I was amazed by their friendly demeanor and the drinks were perfect. When someone goes above and beyond for you, it shows how caring they are for their customers. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. Kudos to the management for hiring caring individuals.
I don't know why, but prices here are better than other Starbucks locations for exact same items. People who work here are easy to talk to and helped me understand a few options on the menu that other locations just don't have the time to

Ok look my only issue here is how they are HELLA SLOW. I'm talking about expecting to wait on mobile orders for 20 mins. They got older ppl working here, but that shouldn't matter. Anyone working as a barista should have a sense of urgency knowing these ppl come in hoping to not wait longer than expected. If you guys need more help, staff up! I don't understand why only have 2 ppl working the bar & 1 person doing all the baked goods. That method is NOT working. Get more staff working in busy mornings or PICK UP THE PACE??! it's not that hard. I've done this before and it irritates me so much how slow they work. Craziest part is you walk in there & everything's all mellow. You would think they are working quick. HA. Yeah right. Good luck w this location.Today was my last straw. I drove off so fucking pissed. I had a 15 mins break & ended up being 25 mins. Like BRUH. That's NOT ok at all. Fuck that shit.
