I’ve been to this Starbucks in many occasions, and I’ve never felt as uncomfortable as I did at this one today. I was sitting outside on the patio peacefully, respectfully, and minding my business when an employee came out a guy that works the shift Tuesday around 2pm and asked, “Are you planning on buying something today?” The tone was unnecessary and made it very clear that I wasn’t being seen as a welcome guest, but as someone who needed to prove they belonged there....
What the heck happened to this Starbucks! It used to have something of an atmosphere of joy with that wonderful calendar and all. I walked in this morning and could feel a big shift in the energy towards the negative. Put that calendar back up! Hey, regional manager, get those employees back to a happy environment. What the...don't we have enough to hold us down lately?
The only issue I have with this place is the freakin tree to the left of when you drive in and out to the building. When I try to exit the drive through I can barely see the drivers on the left coming as I try to turn right or left. This is such a hazard and has even almost gotten me in a major accident. This may not be entirely this location’s responsibility but one of the main reasons why I try to avoid this location now.
