They didn't bother stirring the matcha powder. It had lumps of powder when I drank it. What a waste. Had to throw it out. Too long of a line to have it remake 😪
Several times I've gone wanting a fruit and cheese box and they're out. Also the girl at the window was busy talking to a coworker and wasn't paying attention to what the customer was asking for. Now they're out of the Lemon loaf. Obviously they don't know how to order enough for the store.
They nailed it everytime. Worth every penny!!!
This is a great Starbucks spot.
Not a study Cafe but the drinks and the food are great! Amazing vibes with lots of windows and large spacious interior. Drive through has space. It's more of a take out Starbucks! The cashiers are nice, diligent, and accurate about my orders. I order specific things and they still get it right everytime.

This location is horrible! No matter if it’s in person, drive thru or door dash, they suck. Drinks are never made correct and they’re rude.

Every single time I've come to this specific Starbucks, my order has been wrong. Today I got a peppermint-less peppermint mocha and a drink that was completely different from what I had ordered on another day. Very disappointed.

Crappy service. I’ve given this location 5+ chances to get it right since it’s so close to home and work. They have failed me everytime. Long waits, no matter inside or drive thru. Orders always incorrect, employees don’t care. I ordered a couple traveler packs and waited over 1 hr for them. Another time we ordered a matcha latte Matcha was sitting on top not mixed.

My order was made incorrectly (there was an incorrect substitution) and the remake was made incorrectly as well. After the order was made incorrectly the first time, they were gracious enough to agree to remake the drink because they misread the label. However shortly after agreeing to remake the drink, the cashier notified me that the manager said they were unable to remake my drink with the substitution. At first I thought they were unable to make the substitution because they had run out of the ingredient, but this was not the case (and was confirmed by the cashier). The app allows me to make this substitution when I am mobile ordering so the manager may be misinformed. Regardless the substitution was a dollar extra to the total cost of the drink, and on the remake they omitted the juice that I paid extra for. So essentially, they made the drink how it normally comes and I paid a dollar extra for it. What made it even more frustrating is the manager did not come to explain the situation themselves and instead was having the cashier run back and forth to explain the situation. Even after explaining that the app allows this substitution, the cashier apologizes but hands me the incorrectly made remake of my drink and offers the first incorrectly made drink as an apology.

Went through the drive-thru, and Mercedes was super nice and sweet! Great service and drinks were good! Got a melon burst energy drink and also a mocha cookie crumble. Made super fast, and both tasted great. Will be coming back because of Mercedes! (:

The employees here are what makes this Starbucks special! They are friendly and take the time to get to know the regulars. My regular drink always tastes great. Anytime I visit another Starbucks, I immediately regret it ?
