I've ordered three times from there, through DoorDash and GrubHub. I've ordered an iced soy chai....each time, they have given me an iced soy milk. My order literally said ICED SOY CHAI, and they keep giving me a soy milk with no chai. I would recommend to be more careful with people's orders, as it seems you can get the hot soy chai correct, but constantly mess up on the iced soy chai.

Me my self and my company are Starbucks loyalty customers. At 5:40 pm Pacific time July 17, 2025. I’ve ordered a drink pick up from drive thru. Need to use washroom (restroom) employee (reconsider this kind of workers) she around 20’s something brunette, refused to let me access to use restroom. In order to access. Means I have to order something else again to consider customer again to use the restroom. once you leave the premises you’re NO longer a customer.! 😳 STARBUCKS please let me know is this your policy?

As a loyal and long time customer of Starbucks, I’ve been coming to this location for over 12 years. No major issues, however today when I checked my history and noticed that in March of this year (2 months prior) I was charged $30.25 for 1 grande latte. Quite expensive for one medium coffee. I went inside and spoke to the employees there and they were nice but couldn’t help me because they said it was due to “a glitch in the system” and referred me to call 1-800-782-7282. I called and spoke with a lady named “Moy” I explained everything in detail and said she’d noted my acct and was going to transfer me to the correct place but she hung up instead. Moral of the story, check your transaction history as they rarely give out receipts. I feel that after spending thousands of $$$ here they shouldn’t be ripping me off like this.

They didn't bother stirring the matcha powder. It had lumps of powder when I drank it. What a waste. Had to throw it out. Too long of a line to have it remake 😪

Several times I've gone wanting a fruit and cheese box and they're out. Also the girl at the window was busy talking to a coworker and wasn't paying attention to what the customer was asking for. Now they're out of the Lemon loaf. Obviously they don't know how to order enough for the store.

Not a study Cafe but the drinks and the food are great! Amazing vibes with lots of windows and large spacious interior. Drive through has space. It's more of a take out Starbucks! The cashiers are nice, diligent, and accurate about my orders. I order specific things and they still get it right everytime.
