Unfortunately a very disturbing experinace of mine at this location, i ordered a trevellers to go regular coffee which according to them was 12mins ago arrived to pick it clearly it showed they frgt and told me it will 15 -20 mins extra on time i was disapointed bc there was no urgency they stick the papper back on at look like no would care abt the order long story short hopefully starbucks trains their employess how to diescalete a situation or sinario rather then escalting it i walk away twice to sit in my car n waite but the lady counter n her support kept on comming at me waisted the time frame fr abt 10mins bc they knew they not going to brew that coffee refund saying i should nt be talking to who ever was at the coumter at time like, wheres i was mind ful of wat i said n asked i wss told that online tractions take abt 10mins kinda felt they make things up i to here back fr9m someone at starbucks this happened between 12:15- 12:30 by then i could have gt wat came n be out of their wasted my time n refunding how they decided to ruin someones day which was un pleasant THANK GOD for DUTCH BROS on stockton blvd i went in the drive thru they gt my ordered n acted quickly upoun and with the same time abt 15 min- 20 mins my ordered was ready ro pick up but with a smile n urgency rather atittude n ruining someones day or meeting thanks dutch bros fr having my back.

Workers were entirely unfriendly and gave me the wrong drink. I looked the cashier in the eyes and asked, is this a white mocha? (It clearly was not) and this man looks me dead in the eyes and says yes. I turn the cup around to see that the label says “caramel macchiato”. So I tell him this, and hand it back. He then pulls my drink off the counter and hands it to me. It was sitting there the entire time but he was prepared to just lie and give me the wrong drink, causing delays for everyone. It’s apparent that the people here take no pride in their work which really sums up my entire generation, sadly. Wouldn’t go to this location again. The coffee sucked too.

I usually have a pretty good experience. I go to the Starbucks almost every morning, but today was different. There was another lady working there. She was not nice. She mess up my order twice. Did not apologize. One bit. I asked her for napkins and she gave me paper towels from the bathroom. She just snatch the drinks back from my husband hand and threw them in the sink didn’t apologize it in acknowledge she did anything wrong and kept asking me. What did I want in my coffee when I had ordered online previously and everything was on there what I wanted. She was very rude. This is the first time they’ve been this rude to me at this location.Terrible experience!

I use the drive thru after making my orders online. I wish they had move of a variety of teas. I drink teaspoon, hit chocolate, hot cider, Apple.juice, Refresher as they are, not adding extra. They have no flavor, but it's breaks up the monotony of plain water.
