This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen at Starbucks. I ordered a drink without ice because I have the flu and obviously didn't want ice in my drink. The cashier very rudely told me that they would charge me extra for not wanting ice in my drink. This is ridiculous and shameful. So if someone is allergic to ice, Starbucks doesn't care about its customers, what kind of service and customer service is that???????!

Wasn’t allowed to purchase a large water with extra ice? She said it was for paying customers only. I don’t understand that , if I tried to order a large cup of ice water because I literally love Starbucks ice lol. Cashier was very snobby. Will not be returning.

Force me to make a purchase before I use the restroom. Actually had an accident on myself. I get restrooms are for paying customers only.But they shouldn't force you to pay in order firs especially if you're asking for the restroom. Thanks starbucks!!

did a mobile order and saw no one is the drive threw , was told i couldn’t wait in line since my order wasn’t ready and to come back in 3-4mins ended up going inside and it was ready . dumb rule

Decided to stop by this location since it’s on the way to work in this morning around 5:35am. I don’t know how many staff there is in the early morning but I saw two staff and apparently only one running the show because when I peek their the window I saw one just walking around and stock up on cups and one making drinks. They took forever with my order, even the car before me had to wait for her orders, and there 5 other cars behind me was waiting too. The cashier had the audacity to say that “sorry, we can’t control the orders/cars” 😒😒😒 “YES YOU CAN, if both of you work on the orders then everyone could’ve just come and go instead of waiting forever.” Worse experience ever. Won’t ever return to this location.

It was my first time going to this location. The barista‘s create a conversation with me was super polite very friendly.
America also was super nice with taking my order and helping me ask questions about the cup that I was trying to purchase

I love this Starbucks Store! Excellent customer service. Mouthwatering hand-crafted food beverages.

The volume of the music inside this particular Starbucks Store is way too loud, making it practically impossible to enjoy conversations with fellow senior citizens.

Overall, it's a great atmosphere, and the baristas are friendly. Thank you, guys!

Unfortunately a very disturbing experinace of mine at this location, i ordered a trevellers to go regular coffee which according to them was 12mins ago arrived to pick it clearly it showed they frgt and told me it will 15 -20 mins extra on time i was disapointed bc there was no urgency they stick the papper back on at look like no would care abt the order long story short hopefully starbucks trains their employess how to diescalete a situation or sinario rather then escalting it i walk away twice to sit in my car n waite but the lady counter n her support kept on comming at me waisted the time frame fr abt 10mins bc they knew they not going to brew that coffee refund saying i should nt be talking to who ever was at the coumter at time like, wheres i was mind ful of wat i said n asked i wss told that online tractions take abt 10mins kinda felt they make things up i to here back fr9m someone at starbucks this happened between 12:15- 12:30 by then i could have gt wat came n be out of their wasted my time n refunding how they decided to ruin someones day which was un pleasant THANK GOD for DUTCH BROS on stockton blvd i went in the drive thru they gt my ordered n acted quickly upoun and with the same time abt 15 min- 20 mins my ordered was ready ro pick up but with a smile n urgency rather atittude n ruining someones day or meeting thanks dutch bros fr having my back.

The barista Arturo was amazing today and kind

They never make my drink how I ask or even close . Sometimes I don’t have time before work to have them remake it . Don’t waste your time - go to the one on Gerber .
