I use the drive thru after making my orders online. I wish they had move of a variety of teas. I drink teaspoon, hit chocolate, hot cider, Apple.juice, Refresher as they are, not adding extra. They have no flavor, but it's breaks up the monotony of plain water.

I've been going to this particular Starbucks for 6 yrs now and to tell you the truth, I've only had one complaint and that was only this year a couple of months ago! Service was excellent but the caramel frappe was horrible it was missing the main ingredient, the COFFEE ? it was horrible but other than that, they are my number one to go to!!
