This has to be the absolute worst Starbucks location in Sacramento. However shame on me that I keep going back. It seems like every other time I go my order is wrong. I finally worked up the nerve to say something to them about it when they got my order wrong twice in one day because I had to return to the store to replace the first wrong order. Now it seems I am on their naughty list and when they recognize me they intentionally mess up my drink. Shame on them.. just don't.

It had been a while since I've been in this particular Starbucks. It didn't look like I remembered on the inside. It was a great example of minimalism. There is no longer a display for the grab-n-go snacks nor drinks. If I remember correctly, there are o ly around 4 seating options. It felt very empty. The service and my order were still good, but the atmosphere leaves a lot to desire.
Parking: Your best option for parking will be on the east side of the building.

I DID A WALK IN AND GOT A CARAMEL RIBBON CRUNCH WITH A TRIPLE SHOT.. LET ME TELL YOU!! THE LADY AT THE CASHIER AROUND 10/11 ISH ON SEP 25TH WAS SO SO SWEET AND HELPFUL.. I WANTED A CERTAIN CUP AND IT DIDN'T HAVE A PRICE SO I GRABBED A DIFFERENT ONE INSTEAD, SHE INSISTED THAT IT WAS NO PROBLEM AND SHE HAD IT LOOKED UP.. BORING atmosphere. Needs more capturing decor' and welcoming signs, revised table& chairs and greetings from staff, etc...or just close down this location and replace it with Dutch brothers or Human Bean Co... I would NOT recommend it. -
I visited the location on Florin that is in the same parking lot at petsmart next door to Panda Express.. I was helped today by a Barista of the name of Tristan. It was very hot today, he offered me water in addition to my order because of the heat. I made a mistake on my mobile app order and he corrected it for me immediately, zero hesitation. I ordered an iced Carmel macchiato, was perfectly balanced..Tristan was very quick and efficient in all areas it is obvious he has a genuine care and concern for the customers. Wish more folks in this type of industry were more like him! Keep up the good work Tristan!
