I was given the opportunity to try the new pumpkin spice flavor 😋 even though it's a staple flavor for the season but for some reason it was very good.

I bought drinks this morning with my buddies and 2 hours later came back to use the restroom. The person who’s working there must be a manager, refused to give me access to unless I buy something. Well I was one of their customer who spend over $100 a week. Now I will take my business somewhere else. Thanks panda Express to let me use yours without buying nothing
I stopped at this Starbucks while charging my Tesla and really needed to use the restroom. When I went inside, I saw what I believe was the manager and asked her for the restroom code. She told me I needed to buy a drink first, which I agreed to do.
However, when I entered the restroom, it was extremely dirty. The toilet seat had urine on it, and there was toilet paper left inside. I tried checking the other stall, thinking someone was using it, but when the same manager walked by, I told her about the situation. She went inside, flushed, and told me it was fine to use. I specifically asked if it had been sanitized, and she said yes. But as soon as I sat down, I realized the seat was still dirty and unsanitary.
This was honestly disgusting. I ended up throwing away my coffee because I completely lost my appetite. It was a total waste of money and time. If the restroom is not being properly cleaned, it makes me question how clean the kitchen and food preparation areas are.

I chose in-store pickup and arrived at 5:30 AM, only to be told they wouldn’t open until 6. Staff were rude and unprofessional, and the only option offered was drive-through. If a customer orders for in-store pickup without a car, what are they supposed to do? Totally unacceptable!

They wouldn't let me use the bathroom because I didn't order coffee, which is illegal.

I stopped by this Starbucks as I had an important meeting to join virtually. I was unable to purchase an item before my meeting concluded. I was interrupted during my meeting by Marcella who let me know that I couldn’t be in the lobby without making a purchase. This is terrible service and I will not be going to Starbucks anymore.

I have been to over 50 starbucks locations, not once have I ever felt disrespected as a customer; Asking to use the restroom before placing an order should not be a precondition. I was not asking for charity, only to use restroom and puchase what I came in to enjoy, which is a Mocca Frapuccino. Appalling experience. Do not recommend stopping by to experience such disregard.

I would not know.
When I asked for the bathroom code,
I was asked point blank if I planned to buy something.
(I did, but changed that plan after he said that)
My son got a drink.

Review Title: Disappointing Experience with My Go-To Drink
I’ve been ordering the hot Cherry Chai from Starbucks every day since it came out—even though it’s usually served iced, I always ask for it hot. I know it’s not standard, but it’s my daily treat, and I happily spend around $8 for it each time. At my usual location, they always make it just right: piping hot with the cold foam on top, and it tastes amazing.
Unfortunately, the experience at this location has been really disappointing—two days in a row. On the first day, the drink was lukewarm at best, with a weird, gritty texture like something wasn’t fully dissolved. They kindly remade it, and while it was hotter the second time, the flavor still seemed off. To make matters worse, both days I received a grande instead of the venti I paid for.
I gave it another try the next day through the drive-thru. I emphasized that I wanted it hot, but again, it tasted totally wrong. I’m not sure why it’s so different here, or why the baristas seem confused or surprised when I ask for it hot instead of iced.
I know this drink isn’t a typical Starbucks order and it’s probably not on the hot menu, but I’ve had it done well consistently elsewhere. I’m honestly hooked on it, but my experience at this location has been frustrating enough to make me rethink my daily habit. Hoping for a better experience in the future—or at least a correctly made drink.
LOL.
Summer berry refresher. Tastes watered down. Minimal popping bobas. Go somewhere else; that's why never tip way before. 6 workers and cant even do their job correct.

1.25 to use the restroom in case you weren’t able to get the code from a decent human being. The toilet works at this point in time.
What a joke, you can tell they hate working where they do.
Crystal and Jose will kick you out for asking for an ice water.
They claim its policy not to give out waters anymore. So every other Starbucks does, but cause you hate your job you don’t… okay…
You have to buy to use the loo, regardless that you are a frequent customer.
I met someone there to discuss business. The staff was a little pushy. The place was otherwise empty. Even after we told them we would be making a purchase, they felt compelled to come over and tell us a second time about their policy against allowing people to stay in the store without buying something. I was just not ready to buy yet. My intention was to purchase something to take out when my friend and I were finished with our conversation. We both ordered drinks to go when we were ready.
I just went there, the servers is very rude .i wanted to order but first asked them my daughter want to use restroom, my daughter only 5years old,but they said i must order something that can use it . When I heard that feel so bad .i didn’t want order everything anymore . It was very bad experience. This is my first time got the bad experience like that .
