Terrible management. I ordered my coffee and sat down and the manager told me we will close in 15 minutes and you need to leave. There was no note on the window or nobody told me before I ordered.

Slow, slow, slow. No line in the drive thru, and still waited twenty minutes. This happens more than it doesn't. The staff needs to be re trained on drinks and customer service. I'm a customer more in the evening time, than during the day. My drinks are made wrong more than they are made right. I order through the app, and still have to wait for my drink after ten to fifteen minutes after ordering. Its frustrating that I spend the money and usually have to tell the barista more then once what I ordered, or go back to get the correct drink. Its convenient, being close to where I live, but find myself going out of the way to another Starbucks just so I can get a correct drink in a timely manner.

I drive by this location on my way into work every day and sometimes the drive thru spills out into the street which is extremely dangerous and frustrating. It’s a giant road hazard. Go inside or don’t get coffee if there’s no room in the drive thru.

I know Starbucks recently sent out a directive to their stores to raise their service levels. I would guess there was a lot of retraining, and company rules, and I visited quite a few different Starbucks in the past few months because I move around a lot.
I'm visiting a friend in this neck of the woods, and I walked to the Starbucks this morning to get my regular which is a venti Pike place with heavy cream. I love cream and coffee, and Starbucks is one of the few places where I can get this.
What really marks this particular Starbucks is that they are One of the most cohesive and friendly teams. They work brilliantly well together, genuine smiles all round, laughter and efficiency.
I'm extremely observant. At times, I like to have and everything bagel, double toasted, with two mini containers of cream cheese.
Most other Starbucks toast them once, assuming I won't know the difference. In some locations where I have been a regular for a while, I've had to individually coach almost every person in the establishment to what double toasting means. Not the Starbucks. They got it perfect first time, which is really unusual.
Two different staff have already visited me where I am sitting and ask me if I would like a refill.
If I was Starbucks management, I would visit this place in heavy disguise as a customer, and look at what this location is doing right.
And if you do this, for heaven sakes, rethink all the wooden seats. Go to Tesla, and ask them to make you seats out of their vegan leather with whatever they use to fill the seat in their cars. They will last forever. Just make sure people can't steal them. 🥰😁

This is one Starbucks location ☕🧁🍵 I really like how they make your day go smoother and a smile on your face Very nice and professional I came through drive-thru also correcting my order and made it better There's a lot of Starbucks out there has ran customers off and they're saving their money$$ I'm a very long time customer of Starbucks 30yrs I almost left also but I will continue to come to this one 🤗
Came in with my husband on a hot afternoon — just needed a little break and something energizing. We ordered cappuccinos, and they were actually really good — bold, smooth, and just the right amount of foam. They made the drinks quickly, and our mobile order scanned without any issues.
Inside, it was clean and spacious, which I always appreciate. It felt nice and cool compared to the heat outside, and the background music was at a comfortable volume — not too loud, not too quiet. Overall, a really pleasant and relaxing stop. Thanks for the great coffee and chill vibe!
