20 minutes in the drive thru.
Plan on this one closing. The area is not so great. Parking would be ok if it weren't for the people. Don't plan on doing any work or studies here. No outlets!! They covered them all. Even the outlets on the tables don't work. Kids that work here are nice enough though. Even if they did forget about our pastries. But lovies, the bathroom area...... needs attention.

Casey is the best ! Always makes my day when he’s working ! Gets my order right everytime and just has the best customer service ! 5 stars for this Starbucks just because of Casey !!
I recently started coming into this location, and right away within 3 weeks of trying them out, it's consistently not very good. I haven't had a mocha done well at all here from several baristas... I hate to leave a bad review but they need to take more time, the quality shows everytime. I'm still waiting to get a good one... There are definitely levels to being a good batista. Hope they figure it out soon before I start going elsewhere. They have been very nice, but need to up their game, it isn't very good.

Horrible customer service. They couldn’t accept my money even though no where do they have it posted they can not accept $100s. I asked for a tea replacement and the barista told me that’s the only option. Overall 0/10 very disappointing

I ordered grub hub delivery and was so disappointed! I wanted whip cream and there was NONE! Come to find out even my “GLAZED DONUT” was missing from my order. What a bad morning! Ruined my day!🥺😡😡

Hello everyone, I'd like to share my recent experience at this specific Starbucks location. On September 4, 2024, my sister and I visited Starbucks to grab breakfast, specifically craving a bagel. We placed our order via the mobile app, but upon arrival, the drive-through cashier was notably rude. When I provided my name at the window, she mentioned a delay, which I acknowledged. However, when I requested cream cheese for my bagel, she stated it should have been ordered through the app. I clarified that the app didn't offer this option without customizing the order, which I wasn't aware of. After patiently waiting, the manager approached, displaying aggression and frustration regarding the cream cheese, failing to effectively communicate. Unfortunately, both the manager and drive-through clerk demonstrated poor service, lacking manners and patience.
