Its always onw thing or another when i ask for the same drink employees need to pay more attention when taking an order but because they fail to do that people have to go back because they still screwed the order

The manger was the absolute worst I feel bad for her subordinates super condescending tone and her customers service was atrocious. The drink was made terribly and this is my first time ever coming to this specific location and if anyone is curious id rather drive to any other location than this one. The manager is for the evening shift she should really be let go.

I did not receive the correct order. Asked for a refund. They refused. We never get receipts, how do we get a refund? Bad move Starbucks. I left the coffee there, because Im getting fed up with all my wrong orders from Starbucks

I’m so disappointed with this particular location. I came here this morning to get my normal drink, which is what I get every Starbucks all over the place, which is a salted caramel cream, cold brew, no ice with extra foam and It tasted a little bit bitter, so I asked for extra foam on the side, until this morning. I have never been told by a Starbucks employee that we cannot give you foam on the side However, this morning one of the barista said oh we can’t give that to you on the side and she was kind of rude about it. I didn’t make a scene. I just said OK no problem thank you and in my heart I knew that I would never come to this particular location again. Is that an actual policy that Starbucks has or was that just something that this person is unaware of or is that just a personal thing that they have at this particular store? I don’t know. However, it definitely tainted my Starbucks experience
This by far is the worst Starbucks location in Sacramento.The drinks never taste.Their service is always bad. I forgot to always avoid this place

Places a Mobile order few minutes before arriving to the drive thru, I don’t expect the order to be ready by the time I pull up but the employee had an attitude telling me to do it 5 minutes before arriving, which doesn’t make sense because if I order AT the drive thru they will start it right there no? So idk what’s the point of ordering online if they are going to be saying that. As I said, I don’t expect the order to be ready and I don’t care if I have to wait, I just don’t get why they have to say that because when someone order AT the drive thru they will have to start it right in the moment so I don’t understand what’s the logic of saying that to customers.

On 8/24/25 at 5:32 AM, I placed a mobile order for in-store pickup. The app confirmed it, but when I arrived the lobby doors were locked. I waited outside for 12 minutes, saw baristas look directly at me, and they then turned away and ignored me. When I finally called, I was told the lobby was “locked for security reasons” and that I should use the drive-thru.
If the lobby is locked, in-store pickup should not be an option in the app. And even if the doors are closed, staff should not ignore a customer who is visibly waiting for a paid order. A simple acknowledgment or handing the drink through the door would have prevented this. Instead, I was made late to work.
This is not about a refund — it’s about respect, communication, and accurate information. I expect a response from management on how this will be addressed so it doesn’t happen again.
Update: I’ve filed a formal case with Starbucks Corporate (Case #CS15115401) and requested that this be escalated to the district manager for review. As a loyal customer, I hope the store and management team will address this quickly so others aren’t left waiting without communication.

Drive-Thru Visit – 8:50 AM
I’m honestly not sure who to talk to about this, but something deeply unsettling happened during my drive-thru visit this morning at 8:50 AM.
I never even saw her—only heard her voice through the speaker—but someone named Laura took my order and, frankly, she was way too good at her job.
Her tone? Warm. Friendly. Somehow both professional and comforting. AT 8:50 AM. She took my order with clarity, kindness, and just enough energy to make me question my entire morning routine. I came for coffee, not an emotional reset.
When I pulled up to the window, my drink was ready, perfect, and handed off with such efficiency that I had nothing to complain about. No name misspelling, no wrong milk, no weird aftertaste—just pure caffeinated excellence.
So here I am, fully caffeinated, inexplicably optimistic, and starting my day in a suspiciously good mood. Thanks a lot, Laura.
If this level of service continues, I might have to start being a morning person. Absolutely unacceptable.

I order matcha frp every time I go to Starbucks. But today's matcha was really awful and bitter! I complained to the staff twice, and they told me that it was bitter and I should not order matcha in the future. I was left speechless by their response! I will never go back to this place again!
My car broke down and they had two men help me push it
About a year ago, my parents went to this location. They ordered 2 caramel frappucinos, one venti with extra shot, the other was grande.
When the worker handed them over, it was 2 grande, and one of them had a sticker.
My dad was confused and said he ordered a venti, but the worker decided to gaslight him into believing they ordered 2 grande. Keep in mind they were charged for the venti + extra shot.
Yesterday (04/11/25 @ 7:11pm) I went to the drive thru and ordered a venti matcha frappucino with EXTRA whip + caramel drizzle around the cup, and a grande caramel frappucino. The lady who took my order even repeated the order back. I received the grande with the sticker, and my venti did have the caramel drizzle, no extra whip. I was going to say something cause it was OBVIOUS since the whip wasn't even touching the lid. But I didn't want to argue and continued on with my day. Y'all ain't about to ruin my good day lol. Anyway, the point is...
I won't be coming to this location. And advice to other customers, if you want to be gaslit and not receive the order you customize.. come here! Best place hands down.
I can’t believe it, we couldn’t get the code to use the bathroom till we purchase something before and then she would give us s a code really my son needed to pee. We were getting drinks after. Wow
