This SB was the only one open til 10:30pm on a Friday night. I drove 15 miles and arrived at 10:10pm. Staff inside washing things, but shook their head to being open. I don’t appreciate this. ??

12/30/23 I arrived at the drive through line at 2:15pm ordered my drink by 2:25 got to the window to pay for my drink by 2:35 and was charged by 2:41pm I waited at the window until 3:05pm I knocked on the window nicely to get a workers attention and was ignored so I finally call by 3:15pm and request a refund. The lady who answered was extremely RUDE even tho I was the one waiting and wasn't rude at all! I kindly explained I've been in line for an hour and now I'm late for work so I need a refund. I had two drink ! When I requested a refund it took another 10 mins before I just drove off! I didn't receive a refund or my two drinks I ordered. The people in line behind me kept honking their horns because how long everything was taking another lady got off before I left and walked inside came back and said "this is ridiculous they're just standing there not making drinks" if I could give a zero star I would. Not only was I late to work but I lost on my hard working money and time that I can not get back! To end this and top it off when I called later that night on my break she said to call back when a manager is there and hung up before I could get her name!

This place is horrible. I made a mobile order today for a simple ice white mocha and waited over 40 minutes. I was asked by two different employees and was told my order is coming up and nothing showed up. Barely anyone was even there. After I asked how far in line I'm so I can cancel my order, they decided to make it anyways after struggling to find my order. They said my order is coming up without checking the system just to get me to wait for nothing. The guy who did the coffee did sucky as hell, there's no coffee, all I taste is wash down milk. Will not be a returning customer. This place went downhill.

I won’t be coming to this location again. Employees were being very loud and rowdy when I was ordering in the drive thru. Employees were joking and laughing uncontrollably while I waiting for my drink, very uncomfortable experience.

There's a ugly, black drag queen girl that works there, that has a reckless mouth and needs to change her profession. She gets a qaudruple zero on making the drinks, frankly I don't know how she even landed the job. She really needs to go work at Chucky Cheese. They'd hire her for sure and she doesn't even need a costume !!! She ruined my girlfriends coffee, I went inside and asked who made it and that it was unacceptable and that girl inparticular, shouldn't be the person that makes it. She wanted to argue and even mumble under her funky breath. She said...I'm calling the Police, I said...go right ahead...you still ain't gonna know how to make coffee and someone else is definitely gonna say the same thing. Now my girlfriend is barred from going there because of that dope feind looking, transgender P.A.B !!!

ive gone to the location multiple times , and today ive about had it with the attitude thats is given with employees. i go in today , we are a big party and the girl that took out order her name is Dana . was extremely rude and gave so much attitude over a STRAW , and on top of that rolled her eyes at me . stay away from this location, they have terrible customer service!
