I go to Starbucks every other day for my favorite coffee.

I was journalling inside this near empty Starbucks for 15 minutes and a worker comes up and says “are you planning on making a purchase? If not I’m going to ask you to leave”
I asked if I could stay for 10 more minutes, then she said “then I will kindly ask you to go”
Was just weird. Never been kicked out of a Starbucks before. Been to a lot of them, and a lot of times I do buy things, but not always.

I come to this Starbucks often after my schooling because of how close and convenient it is and I love it every time! The baristas are always so nice and friendly and I’ve never had a problem with my drinks! Each one is delicious and it makes for a nice little bit of relax time after my classes! There are always tables available to sit and the wait for your drink is no more than a couple of minutes!! It’s never too busy but busy enough to have a warm atmosphere and it is always a peaceful experience every time I walk in! 😁

I’ve been going to this Starbucks since they opened since I lived in the area. I remember them being ok and going downhill.
Came today - still the same issues. Takes so long for a drink, disorganized, crowded, new employees don’t know how to make the drinks and the customers are NUTS!
Will NOT be coming back.
Ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso, barista said maybe they forgot the milk. But my coffee was almost black, usually it’s a creamy color.
Would recommend coming to any other location.

I order ahead of time but for the last couple of times I had to wait at least 8 min which not much if you don't have anything to do but that why I order ahead so I can just run in not sit and wait....

Classic Starbucks. Nothing new besides actually using glassware when you get your drink to stay.
Just saw this written on my coffee cup. An “enjoy your day” would have sufficed and been more encouraging and positive. Telling me to “smile” carries a negative connotation as it implies an instruction I must follow. This doesn’t come off as professional and isn’t appreciated.

Beautiful atmosphere and the staff were polite. I love the dome structure.

okay so today at June 4th in the morning around 7:00-8:00 An Karen old lady took my order wrong and didn’t even have time to let me explain my order! I asked for 4 items and when I tried to tell her the 4th item she was like “huh?” In a rude way, like what the heck? That was not a nice way to start my morning. When the last order didn’t come u went to the cashier and asked where my 4th order was and she was like “No you never told me that?” And I literally did, even at first she repeated my order and I yes that’s right but I think clearly she wrote my order wrong, this is not the first time that had happened. I don’t recommend.

Usually, in other Starbucks locations, the staff is polite and friendly. But this was my first visit to this location, and I was very disappointed. The service was rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the music was so loud that it was difficult for customers to hear or place their orders. This made the visit unpleasant and frustrating. After such an experience, I do not plan to return here again. Very bad service
I refuse to buy any drinks from this location. The barista simply shouts out that the restroom is for customers only! This is not a correct way to address the new policy. I am not coming back for these bozos that do not know how to handle the situation tactfully.
Whoever is in charge of this location ought be ashamed. To leave a poor woman all on her own to run the entire shop is an egregious lack of leadership ability.
Crissy herself was wonderful. Kind, friendly and good humored, she made my order perfectly and quickly despite being horribly understaffed. She remembered and took care to use people's names and thanked me three different times for my patience. I could go on about her wonderful customer service for ages.
The leadership of this location ought to be called into account. This is unfair treatment for anyone, not to mention a Starbucks barista whose regulars are famously inpatient and rude.
I understand the difficulties of shift management at a coffee shop but to be so neglectful in your duties and so apathetic towards the well-being of your employees is condemnable in such a vocation. For the sake of the people who ought to be able to look up to you and respect you, please take care to respect them as well.
Great drink and great food. I gave it a 3 star and I’m writing this on my fiancé account. On Sunday March 16th about 10:30am, me and and my fiancé were heading out to Newman, so we stopped at this Starbucks, since is close to the freeway that we needed. I asked her what she wanted, but was still deciding. I ordered my usual which is venti ice coffee, no classic and sweet creamer. The barista (girl) heard me called my fiancé a babe, when I asked what she wanted. She said “venti mango dragonfruit with lemonade.” We also got food as well. We got up to the window and bartista (guy) gave us our drink and took the debit card, so we can pay. We thank him and drove away. We notice a message on our cup. It has a face with “cu-tea” on mine and “thank you” with a smiley face on hers. I was offended about it and hoping to think nothing of it, especially the bartisa (girl) heard me called my fiancé a babe. I’m almost 54 for crying out loud. I wouldn’t had tripped if it was the guy who was the one asked for our order and finish with the transaction and giving us our drink. The handwriting on both cups are different.
