I really LOVE coming here. It's close to my house the only con is that it doesn't have a drive thru but there is plenty of parking when you come. I have been coming here on my days off for 2 years & it has always been a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is peaceful. Customer service is great, everyone is extremely nice. One of the lovely ladies even helped me with advice on how to order my drinks in the future. Out of the 2 years that I've came here they've only messed up my drink 2 times & each time I had no issues when asked if it could be re made.

The male manager/ shift lead here is very rude. I forgot to scan for points and asked if we could redo the transaction. Only one person behind me. He had to be called to help and when he first came out, I apologized for trouble and said “I appreciate your help”. He ignored me. When we were done with the transaction, I said “thank you”, loud and clear. He responded, “yep”!My daughter who lives closest to this location previously told how rude they are here and now I see. It all starts with leadership!!!

My current Starbucks location is closed due to remodel . I’ve been coming to this location this week for coffee in the mornings as of Tuesday. Coffee is not good. The worse I’ve ever tasted . My husband stopped by to get me iced coffee this afternoon, DISGUSTING ?. I thought maybe it’s was the morning shift crew, but I see it’s possibly all the employees at this location. Won’t be returning.

Horrible service this visit. No experienced coffee maker employees on shift. Current workers are sloppy with their drinks not mixing correctly or taking the time to make them right. I'm not sure they are even adding the correct ingredients....very disappointed this visit.

Plenty of parking in the plaza. Indoor and outdoor seating. Some people in the outdoor seating area were noisy. At about half capacity in the late afternoon on a weekend, with no line. Clean interior. Hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall by the entrance. The staff do not wear masks. I placed a mobile order through the app, and it was ready by the time I arrived. The bacon, sausage, and egg wrap tasted good though it could have used a little more flavor. You can ask for sriracha. Not great price-wise but convenient.
