The staff here is criticizing me for ordering coffee late—it’s truly unbelievable. I’ve never seen a Starbucks like this before. In my 12 years in the U.S., this is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever experienced.

Decent place, good coffee, but they're booming music really loud like we're in a club and not a coffee shop.

Centrally located in Midtown Sacramento, seating is limited, inside and you have paid parking, their service and recommendations are excellent along with their coffee and their restrooms are clean and large.

This is by no means meant to be a bad review of Starbucks in general. For the most part, I have had good experiences with Starbucks. This review I guess is more of a caution towards one employee with an awful lot of tattoos Marshall. I was enjoying my coffee and breakfast sandwich until out of nowhere came Marshall asking me if I had headphones. I could barely hear the volume on my phone due to the loud music and all the other noise of the business. No one else seemed to be bothered by me probably because I wasn’t bothering anyone and peacefully enjoying my expensive coffee. Because of this, I can argue that Marshall was out of place. It was unnecessary for him to disturb me and as a result write this review. If a customer is spending pretty pennies on Starbucks products, why as an employee go out of your way to upset a peaceful customer. As a Christian, I can forgive but in the context of business, customers are necessary because they spend money and from that money the employees get paid. So to upset a customer for no good reason probably is not best practice given the business context.

I Always had great experience at this location. Staff is friendly and they made my ice coffee exactly the way I like it.

My family and I have been going to this location for years. Eloy who has worked here for many years gives it a great community feel and has seen my kids grow up over the years too! Thank you for the community vibe and great service over the years! Shoutout to Mac as well!

I asked for light ice and he wrote it on the drink but the maker of the drink didn't follow and I got a cup full of ice. Last time I'm wasting $5.95 on a refresher that was only ice and 3 sips.....

Nice barista. Very fast. Parking is okay, but you might have to walk a block or two. Street parking only. Inside accessible seating, no outdoor seating. 6am-6pm.

Parking: Street parking only. There is usually some parking around the nearby park.

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, but it may be somewhat difficult to find street parking. 16th and P St are both pretty busy.

It's my spot every morning and never have a problem. Eloy and Mac are the best in the morning.
