While on the go in Sacramento, It was raining and I wanted a hot tea. I googled directions to the nearest Starbucks with anticipation of getting my tea on the fly. I arrived to discover there is no drive-thru at this location ended up going elsewhere do to poor parking and not wanting to get out in the pouring rain.

I came in to pick up my mobile order and noticed my drink was in a cute Christmas special cup, so I paused for literally a second to take a picture. The barista immediately told me to “move over so others can pick up their order” — even though I wasn’t in anyone’s way at all.

It felt rude and unnecessary, and honestly ruined the mood. I was just trying to enjoy my drink and the festive cup. Definitely left feeling annoyed and unwelcome.

So I am absolutely disgusted with the Starbucks on p and 15th. I traveled here from San fransisco. I stoped on my way out of town. I had forgotten my wallet iny friends car. I plugged in my phone and sat quietly with my mini dauchsund sleeping in my lap. The stuck up lady next to me went and I'm complained to the store. I was then asked to leave by the barista if I wasn't going to buy anything. Not a problem. I wouldn't spend money I. Your stuck up establishment if we're the last place on earth. Shame in you Starbucks!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I walked in politely just to ask for a cup of water, and the staff told me I had to pay for it — which is absolutely ridiculous and unheard of. I’ve been to many Starbucks stores before and have never had to pay for a simple cup of water.
On top of that, the staff were rude and dismissive, showing zero respect or customer service. I expected better from a brand like Starbucks. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes me think twice about ever coming back. Very poor experience.

The staff here is criticizing me for ordering coffee late—it’s truly unbelievable. I’ve never seen a Starbucks like this before. In my 12 years in the U.S., this is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever experienced.

Decent place, good coffee, but they're booming music really loud like we're in a club and not a coffee shop.

Centrally located in Midtown Sacramento, seating is limited, inside and you have paid parking, their service and recommendations are excellent along with their coffee and their restrooms are clean and large.

This is by no means meant to be a bad review of Starbucks in general. For the most part, I have had good experiences with Starbucks. This review I guess is more of a caution towards one employee with an awful lot of tattoos Marshall. I was enjoying my coffee and breakfast sandwich until out of nowhere came Marshall asking me if I had headphones. I could barely hear the volume on my phone due to the loud music and all the other noise of the business. No one else seemed to be bothered by me probably because I wasn’t bothering anyone and peacefully enjoying my expensive coffee. Because of this, I can argue that Marshall was out of place. It was unnecessary for him to disturb me and as a result write this review. If a customer is spending pretty pennies on Starbucks products, why as an employee go out of your way to upset a peaceful customer. As a Christian, I can forgive but in the context of business, customers are necessary because they spend money and from that money the employees get paid. So to upset a customer for no good reason probably is not best practice given the business context.
