Had to dart to the restroom before ordering and after emerging from the toilet and paying for a quick bite I was locked into the store from the entrance. Turns out they thought I was gonna ise their toilet and bounce. I feel betrayed by their greed. And no I won't pay for services again, but I will use your toilet to protest this awful treatment. The barista Sierra is the only professional worker that actually gets orders correct. What I assume was management at this location (came from sitting at a table with no uniform) was rude when she walked up from hanging out with a friend while sitting at in the lounge area. My whole interaction with this lady felt like she was attempting to be intimidating so I will not be returning to this location.

The best Starbucks in Natomas. The rest of them are nasty. Like how do you mess up a matcha green tea Frappuccino or black tea. So yes if you’re in Natomas 2121 location on Truxel is the ABSOLUTE BEST! They do my drink perfect every time ?❤️

The coffee is generally good 4.7 seating is limited though. The Sumatra is a good blend on the dark side.
