Went through drive thru, ordered grande hot white mocha, used my debit card, cashier asked if I want to tip, oh well I did! All this for half full cup of coffee. Such a disappointment. Way to go to rip off people!!

Good day to all. This Starbucks has very bad customer service! I waited 20 minutes for my Americano and biscuit. The cashier girl wrote a completely different name on the order and when the order was ready another person took it. Very unpleasant place and Starbucks employees. When I asked where my coffee was, the cashier simply laughed. This is rudeness. I will never go to this Starbucks again! And this is on a Sunday morning on a day off! Thank you
