I frequent this location because of the easy parking and there's never a line. The store is pretty much always empty. But that makes me question why they're frequently out of ingredients for popular drinks. The cashiers are usually less cheerful than the baristas making my drink. More often than not, I leave with a more excited farewell than the greeting. I did my time as a barista for the Bux so I know the standard is high. As a customer, I try to give the benefit of the doubt but this has become a trend. If you mobile order, this is a great location for you and probably what I'll get in the habit of doing.

Fair service, not very welcoming. Don't look like they want to be there. Could use a re training class on customer service. I've been to more exciting Starbucks, this one is bland. No energy.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Sandwiches were cold in the middle but dry around the sides. We tried to have them fixed and they said there's nothing they will do .. first time ever leaving Starbucks with an unresolved problem.

Nice starbucks. Goodbye except for one of the staff members was a little grouchy frumpy Karen ish anyway it's a really neat area and lots of other places to get coffee and food and breakfast and lunch and market supplies as far as a fancy little whole food type raley's type market

No complaints here. This location is spacious with attentive and friendly service. There were not many customers during the afternoon and they do have hand sanitizer by the counter. You may order ahead for pickup with the app or order in person. Finally got to the try the Star drink today and it is definitely a pretty green. The taste was fruity with kiwi bits. Although not as sweet to my liking (crazy sweet tooth). Will be back for more soon!

The staff here has always been a bit less friendly than most locations. All business. It's fine, I guess; they're not paid enough to be your best friend. Just an observation I've made as a Starbucks regular.I did have an outright negative experience once when a homeless person -- who didn't buy anything -- swiped my sweatshirt off my chair while I was putting cream in my coffee. Then one of the employees made ME feel guilty like I wasn't being understanding enough, and did not make the thief leave the store. "He says he thought the sweatshirt was his" was the excuse she helpfully made for him.
Never will I step foot in this Starbucks or any other Starbucks again. Rude employees. Period.

I'm here on Valentine's Day to try to relax and unwind before heading into work. This Starbucks is still pretty new which means that it's more comfortable than some other locations that have been there forever and are starting to feel run down. I also like how big this location is and how the ceiling is exposed. This space would also make a great hot yoga studio. There is a large table that fits 12 people on one side of the room and I thought that this would be a great place to have a meet up for a large group. Starbucks still does not carry oat milk, but hopefully that will change sometime in 2020. I got an Almond Milk Mocha today and it tasted okay, but would be better with oat milk. I'll keep this Starbucks location in mind if I am looking for a meetup location for a large group.
