Independent Psychic here! I have had relatively positive experiences here, but this turned sour. My energy reading tells me I will not stop at this location anymore due to bad energy and a keen intuitive perception. I am entitled to my own opinion. I love the food and decor.

Looks nice, service is terrible. Feel like Starbucks really going downhill. Too pricey for the low quality, might as well go to craft places now if I want actually good coffee and food.

This location is usually a good one, except Sunday. Their Sunday crew is terrible. I usually see at least 3 crew members standing around talking and not working, like arms crossed and everything. The drinks take well over 10 minutes. They more often than not turn off order ahead on this day as well.

Disappointed experience, I asked to the staff for water with ice drink but the staff said no, need to buy something. Other Starbucks always offer free water drinks but this place…. they are give a not friendly service to deaf people. I saw a young woman order a just water drink then the staff actually gave them without not even tell or need to buy something…

I'm a regular customer with Starbucks. I daily order if not daily every two days or so, I order Egg, Pesto, and the Mozzarella sandwich and request to remove cheese. But this time, the lazy and unprofessional worker did not remove it. If you can't remove the cheese, then please remove the customized option. I asked to remove the cheese again, but they refused. I will not come back here again. I want my refund back. What a shame

Very bad experience. I ordered a mocha frappe and they gave me a caramel frappe. I returned it to them so they could give me my mocha. They used the same glass as the caramel and gave it a different name. The people at the reception desk laughed and looked at us badly.

Disappointing experience. They serve pastries upside down with the cream facing down — very sloppy. Staff don’t know off-menu drinks and make them poorly. I paid for a medium coffee, but they gave me a small. Expensive and low quality. Unprofessional staff. Would not recommend.
They refused to give ice water without making a purchase, first time I've ever heard that from a Starbucks location...I have supported them and bought drinks before but I don't think I will ever again. Very disappointing.
