The cafe is quite spacious and the staff is nice but the place is not kept clean. My coffee’s lid was dirty too. I mean if you are serving a small coffee for $6 then at least have the quality good to justify the cost

Slowest location Ive ever been to. Spent 20 minutes in line, then ordered and waited... and they got my name wrong.... It was bad enough that I will be taking a break from Bucks. Sometimes that's all it takes.

If you are looking for a half caff, they will try to sell you a regular coffee watered down with regular H2O. "I can mix 6 ounces of coffee mixed with a cup of water. It dissolves the caffeine."Uhhhh. No. That's gross.

This place is so inconsistent. You do your mobile order. And you get there and there is a sign on the door. We don't open till 7am. You can't walk away because you have already paid for your mobile order. I'm getting pissed off. This happeneds all the time

jack in the drive thru was amazing! he had a great personality def would recommend! the drinks were fresh and delicious like always but the customer service will always Trump everything else imo

This location is very inviting and plenty of space to chill. First time here and probably the last but I'll definitely remember this location since the Starbucks that are near me don't have this layout.Visiting from Los Angeles. Disappointed they didn't have Starbucks gift cards that said Sacramento. My matcha green tea frap was made with love.
