I did an online order and got here before 8:30pm. One of the workers locked the door and refused to let us in even though we were just grabbing our drinks, she rudely put her finger up and told us to go around. So unprofessional, do not come here! Then I go to the drive through and another worker told me I should have let them know but how was I supposed to when they wouldn’t even open the door for me!

Came to this location on Tuesday to order drinks and food, I told the woman at the drive through that I would like to redeem my stars, she forgot and charged me $32.50 I told her she didn’t redeem my stars so I asked for cash refund and she also ignored that request rolled her eyes and just voided the transaction. Told me the money would be back on my card almost immediately, then the general manager told me it usually goes back within 24 hours, it’s been 3 days and no refund. The store gave me a phone number to call that clearly is a high volume call center who doesn’t care about customer issues and told me it’s actually 5-10 business days.
Long story short, I ended up having to spend 70$ between the “cancelled” transaction and the new charge and if the employee wasn’t high out of her mind she would have probably paid attention and all of that could have been avoided and I could have kept my $32 bucks.
Just skip this location, and walk in to the pocket location instead.

The customer service I received this morning was poor to say the least. The young lady at the drive-thru window had an attitude because I was asking questions about a drink. She shoved the drink at me then proceeded to close her window on me.

Great place to get coffee. The employees are really nice. However, if you make an online order there's no place to park to run in and just grab it. I was told by the employees that anybody can park anywhere there's no designated parking for Starbucks. Also there is only one handicap space in front of Starbucks. When I went to pick up my coffee and came back an hour later the same car was parked in the handicap spot. I'm not a lazy person I don't mind parking far away but if you're just running in to pick up an online order it would be nice to just be close enough to do that especially if you're on a break and your time is limited.

Went to this location last week, they messed up both of my drinks in the drive-thru and the lady that was working there that day was rude. I went back today, ordered a pink drink and it tasted like straight milk with a couple strawberries floating in it.

First time getting drinks and coffees at this location and I have mixed reviews on this location. The foods is basic and the atmosphere is clean, organized, and spacious. However, the service is not so good. With only two customers in the store, and yet the staff looks at you and walked towards the other direction ??.
