I've been coming to this location pretty much since it opened 15+ years ago, daily for a good part of that time until prices just got to high, I still come here 2-3 times a week. The service here is and almost always has outstanding, most of the staff is super friendly and engaging, special shout outs to Emily, Cheyanne & Jess, there are others, but I just can't recall all the names, if there is a negative it's that there can be a lot of transients in this area and they sometimes loiter close by, but the staff does a really good job of keeping the property clean.

My husband and I were in the drive thru and they couldnât hear our order because his truck was too loud. We went to the window to order, but instead we were rudely greeted by manager Alaina. She stated they donât serve racist people and told us to leave. Apparently, the barista attempting to take out order told her manager my husband said âI donât deal with your kind.â First of all, we couldnât even see what race she was until we got to the window. Secondly, what an evil statement to make, especially in todayâs day and age. My husband was up late thinking about the horrible comment. He is hurt anyone in this world would see him in that light. We are two of the most accepting people with all races in our family, including our 3 biracial grandchildren. We do not recommend this location as they clearly have no sort of human kindness and lack sense all around. Very evil people.

At 6:29 PM, I decided I wanted to walk to Starbucks while waiting for my laundry to be done. I check the internet to see when they close, they close at 6:30. Never in my life did I think that it would close that early.

Something about my cheese Danish tasted a bit off. Not sure if it was warmed up to the usual temperature or if my Danish was cooked with something else. This is a small building and not really for dining in like most Starbucks. However, the girl at the window was very kind.

I got the new summer berry refresher. With lemonade while drinking it i notice a fly inside the ice. I am very disgusted.
By fare the worst starbucks.. Kristen served my family member and they had to go back to make the drinks again.. Even then very poor..A wast of $7.40

Usually come here and it is always pleasant and I have a good experience. I got two drinks yesterday and they tasted burnt and didnt have the usual flavor, but I was heading out of town till late. I came by today to get one remade and I was told that "I hear you do this a lot" and that surprised me? Am I being talked poorly behind my back at some business because of previous remakes? If I get a bad drink from Starbucks elsewhere I come here to get it remade because the drinks here are usually superb (minus the atrocity from yesterday). It seems like that has caused issue. The girl at the window made me feel like I am some type of grifter for free drinks? I am unsure of the girls name. She is white, maybe 5 feet 7 inches, brown hair usually pulled back, thin, and wears metal rimmed glasses. To be honest, I am surprised this happened here and am super disappointed.
The girl said I can call the day it happens to speak to the supervisor to let them know. She could have phrased and started this whole conversation a different way instead of firstly accusing me of trying to get free drinks.
