Went into this Starbucks location this morning and ordered two coffees one a hot white mocha and the other a peppermint mocha and both coffees taste like watered down coffee very disappointing

Rude customer service. Manager Keely was playing her music loud on store speakers dancing to I think dub step… while bad mouthing her employees at register while laughing doing nothing but showing off. Great coffee drive thru is decent very fast

It has been years since Ive sat to study inside of a Starbucks and was utterly shocked that grunge rock music was playing so loud. I had intentions to sit in my online class but that's not even possible. Why not play lofi, jazz, anything other than this bs! The volume is beyond ridiculous.
