One of best Starbucks I’ve ever been to nice and clean and the staff are really helpful. Will come back here

The staff was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing, I forgot how gross Starbucks coffee is. We don’t have one where I live, we have small independently owned coffee shops. I thought I would give it a try and I just ended up throwing it away.

I had the very unpleasant experience at this location with a partner named Serena.
My drink is not on the menu, and after ordering, she said she was trying to find the button on the register for my drink. I told her that there is not a button and tried to explain how to ring in the drink (I am a previous Starbucks partner, and know their POS system)
Serena rudely dismissed me, twice after I tried to explain how to ring in the drink. (Double vanilla under tow with whole milk)
After I placed my order, she went to the other partners and started talking about me while making eye contact with me the whole time and smirking and laughing along with other partners. Extremely unprofessional for her and the other partners that took part In the situation.
I went back a few days later and she was there again but in the drive thru this time. She Saw me and immediately started talking about me again to the other partner that was on drive thru with her.
Her behavior and that of her fellow partners that took part in bad mouthing me, are not at all in line with Starbucks values.
This location was the one I stopped at everyday on my way to work. I will not be back. Ever.
Serena; next you wanna talk shit about a customer, don’t do it where they can hear you and see you doing it. Wait til they leave the store. I was only trying to help you, as a previous partner ordering a drink off the menu. Your actions that day, and the following visit, were rude, unprofessional and not at all in line with Starbucks values and core mission to its community members.

I have went to pickup food and need to go restroom this place did not allowed me to go bathroom they told me to buy something and he said is Starbucks policy
I went thru the drive thru and ordered a Venti Caramel Frap. When I went it was the middle of the day on Sunday so there was nobody there really...I went straight to the intercom and ordered. By the time I got to the windows. I had my money out and paid the nice lady she ducked around the counter for a quick second and popped back up to the windows in seconds with my VCF...and I was off...great service

As far as Starbucks go, this one was pretty nice. Staff was very energetic and positive and quick to whip out some good drinks. Made the car ride home that much easier

I went to this Starbucks on the way to Kaiser Morse. The line had 4 or 5 cars. I’m like I need my mocha, I will have you know peeps, this had to be one of the fastest drive thrus I have seen. Now I only went there a couple, of times so I don’t know my order, but they for sure were the fastest. And I have been to a lot of Starbucks. As you can see, my reviews.

I had a $50. And I didn't get my drink because they didn't have chang for a $50 . Wow. I guess I'll go to DB. And the girl that was attending on 8/23/24 at 5:53pm should get fired for being rude.
