I am so disappointed. This is the third time my loaf is SUPER DRY and my coffee tastes like milk. A VENTI!! I have been waiting for this sugar cookie latte and wow, not cool.

Every time I go here, I ask not to heat my wrap because by the time I get to work it's cold again. They don't listen and always heat it. I mentioned it before but they keep doing it. Last time visiting this location!😡

When I went we ordered three drinks, one Frappuccino. One of our iced drinks was given to us a little fuller than half empty. We asked for them to make us a new drink if possible or just to add some more milk to make it fuller but they said they’d have to charge for it. We had to wait in drive through for TEN minutes total just for the Frappuccino. (It was a simple strawberry grande). The person who took our order couldn’t understand us through the microphone and I had to practically yell at the speaker. (With all respect). Definitely would be my VERY LAST alternative to come here.

Drive thru is so slow. It takes forever to get your order all the time if there is any but of a line. This could use huge improvements. Also more than once my drink did not have the sugarfree vanilla syrup I will be drinking before I leave the drive-thru to make sure. If I was the owner I would figure out why the service is so slow

Kinda odd they don’t have change so they told me they won’t give me my full change back , meaning they are ok shorting me and losing a customer instead of taking the $0.75 hit and give me my drink and possibly keep a customer . They told me I can pay another way but I had cash and preferred cash . Didn’t say I needed exact change , the sign they had up was they preferred exact change . Maybe instead of running people off they should hire someone to mange their money/drawers properly . Haven’t been to a Starbucks for awhile and I guess things never change there .

Waited in the drive thru line for over 25 mins for a mobile order that was sitting there for about 15 mins. Every time I come here they are so slow and busy talking among themselves that it takes forever for a drink regardless of drive thru or in-store. They look fully staffed and it’s never a crazy line so I’m not sure what the issue is on why a drink takes 25-30 mins to get.
