I ordered my drink online on app and it says store open till 9:30pm. When i got there at 8pm the store lobby was closed. They don’t want to hand me the order on the window cuz I didn’t have car that time and i was driving semi truck parked cross street on gas station. After 20 mins waiting outside finally guy put the drink outside the door on the ground but he didn’t want to hand it to me. Worst service and will not go back there.

I love Starbucks as much as the next person... even though I have to wait again, until the end of the year to have another sugar cookie frappuccino or latte ?...But I didn't have the best experience at this location, unfortunately. I placed an order thru the mobile app omw there to avoid a wait. The lobby was closed, so I went thru the drive thru. There were only 2 other cars there at the time. The service was fine, but I could feel the vibe inside the store seemed stressed and/or rushed.I ordered 2 drinks. When I pulled up, they gave me one, and basically said, "thanks, bye." Not.in a particularly rude way or anything, but without giving me the second drink. So, I had.to wait for.someone to come back to the window to let them know what my order had been and get my other drink. When you make a mobile order (and maybe when you order at the counter) they stick a tag on your cup, saying what it is. The tag on the cup they gave me didn't match what the drink was. Also, originally, both my drinks were ordered to be made with soy. When they got my second drink, after I asked for it, they didn't ask me any specifications, just rushed away to make it. It didn't taste like the normal drink I get with soy, but, obviously, I can't say that for certain.I could've asked them to fix it again, but at that point, I was really just ready to go and didn't want to cause any more drama.Doubt I will be visiting this location again.

All Power outlets were covered/ sealed so people can't used them !!!!!!!!!!! Put a damn sign freaking sign !!!!!!!!!! Cheap!
Last time going here was tonight. I got a venti iced white mocha 2 days ago, 60 percent was milk with very little coffee flavor, plus it was only about 70 percent to the lid. Tonight I got a chai tea latte, 30 percent of it was foam with the worst chai tea I've ever had. This Starbucks needs to be addressed by corporate.

I love Starbucks. I think the food is amazing and great. The service is great! The wait time is not that long. It is also not that expensive, so you don't need to spend a ton of money.

They are selling expired food and are trying to hide the expiration date. Now it makes sense why they don't give it to you packaged they open them and put them in a Starbucks bag that way you don't see it is expired. I won't be coming back. In fact I'm going to contact the tictok guy and see if he knows how to make the lemon loaf.
