Horrible service from Lydia. Was on the phone the whole time when grabing thing she would throw them. I get we all have bad days but you can tell she is just not happy performing her job. Maybe she should find a job that she actually enjoys. No need to be rude when no one is being rude. First and last time I will be visiting this location.

The girl from the morning shift I’ve gone there a few times and every time I go I don’t like her energy. It seems like she doesn’t like her job. She is not very attentive,she forcefully has to give me service.
She has given me milk in my coffee when I asked no milk, I am lactose intolerant.
A few times I’ve gone she’s on her phone. I guess the phone is more important than making coffee.
I’d rather go somewhere else than see her bitter face.

Lydia was a horrible cashier! She was on her phone during the whole interaction and was not attentive. It was obvious she doesn’t enjoy her time here and the performance reflected on the taste itself. Bitter and sad- just like her attitude

On April 19th around 6pm (or a bit earlier), one of the employees asked us to swipe our card twice, claiming that the first payment hadn’t gone through. We ordered two cappuccinos, but she only gave us steamed milk.

We don’t live in Sacramento, so we couldn’t return to fix the issue.

Unfortunately, we were charged twice and didn’t even get what we ordered. It felt like we were taken advantage of, which is truly disappointing—especially because we’ve always been loyal Starbucks customers.

The staff at this location clearly lacks professionalism. Be careful if an employee ever asks you to swipe your card again. Sometimes they try to cover up their own mistakes by charging customers extra.

They don’t give out a cup of hot water? Who is in charge at this Starbs that told the workers not to hand out a cup of water? 🤡 and it’s in a Safeway. Gross.

Don’t expect the trainee to excel if the trainer lacks effective skills. Additionally, please avoid making the trainee wait while you finish stocking the shelves before answering their questions, especially when they have inquiries at nearly every step of the process. In my opinion, the person in charge today lacks the necessary skill set for effective management.

I’m a regular here and although i come all the time they really need to work on being faster or have a better strategy when taking orders. 15 mins waiting for a drink I didn’t even get is a bit ridiculous
