Just stopped by while my husband was grabbing some things from a nearby store. I placed a mobile order and walked across the parking lot. As soon as I walked in the door, they called out my name. My order was already ready. The store was clean, warm and inviting. The baristas were super and genuinely friendly. I was grateful to find a Starbucks nearby and even more grateful to have such a pleasant experience.

Staff is nice coffee is what you expect but they are so slow you can wait 30 to 40 minutes in the drive through when there are just 4 cars. This is an ongoing problem and its not being addressed

Nice staff but holy cow they are slow! Always spend 20 min minimum in drive-thru. I started going to the other Starbucks down the road because of how slow this one is and they shut the other one down. Sad face. Maybe don’t force the baristas to draw random crap on the cups and it would be much faster! No one cares about a star or heart on a cup especially if its going to add so much unnecessary time to an order.

Maybe I hit it at a bad time, but I got a grande even though I ordered a venti. There seemed to be cinnamon instead of hazelnut in the drink as well. There seemed to be several baristas working but it took a longer time than what I'm accustomed to in Reno. Service was perfunctory. I overtipped for what I got. On other occasions, while the service was a bit slow the drinks were made correctly.
The Starbucks on Arden, West of Fulton, has prompt and friendly service. The store is very clean. I usually go there when I'm in California.

I asked for a cup of water and was told no by Louis because I had to buy something. It's July in the middle of summer. You could at least have a heart.

Updated to add a photo of what I’m talking about. When visiting this location I have to order my drinks with syrup and cream. And they still come out bitter. I like sweet coffee, hence why I like Starbucks. If I order EXTRA cream and syrup, why does my drink still hardly have any in it??

This location used to be my fav. Unfortunately I don’t know what’s happening but this place is really bad now. 20+ minutes in the drive thru for a single coffee. The drip coffee is full of grounds. They no longer allow you to get water without making a purchase first. I used to stop here all the time for coffee and water, and now it’s not worth my time or money.

SLOW! waited over 40 min for a coffee in the drive-thru, with only 3 cars ahead of me. And they still managed to get my order wrong despite it being correct on the screen.

Consistently ridiculously long waits seem to be a problem unique to this location.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. On June 27th, around 2:30 PM, I was treated with shocking rudeness by the girl working behind the counter. She looked at me with clear disgust and acted like I was bothering her just by placing an order.
I asked for an Americano in a smaller cup with less water — instead, I got a large cup filled to the brim. The coffee smelled absolutely awful, like burnt smoke, and it had an oily film floating on top, which makes me believe they’re using the same dirty container over and over without cleaning it. It looked so bad I didn’t even taste it.
When I asked for creamer, they poured regular cow’s milk without asking, even though I have lactose intolerance. I returned everything — the coffee and the creamer — and politely asked for a refund. I was completely ignored. No apology, no explanation, no refund.
It’s unacceptable for a brand like Starbucks to allow this level of disrespect, lack of hygiene, and unprofessional service. I will never return to this location, and I strongly advise others to stay away as well.
