I just started working at sports clips and i have been getting starbucks next door most of the days i been working and omg!! I have never had my coffee so perfect consistantly ever at any other starbucks,i always have had to let people know my coffee isnt the right color or taste but these girls have been making my coffee perfect everytime!! They are so nice and chill and really listen to my order.

This location is absolutely trash. The people who work here are very judgmental and extremely rude. I simply ordered a warm cookie and hot chocolate before work yet the lady behind the counter looks me up and down then tells me “ they’re out of stock “ , yet they have cookies right there in the display case and didn’t even ask to substitute the item i asked for. What a joke of an employee. I’d highly recommend to go anywhere but this location.

Love the people here! They always have a great smile and positive attitude even when dealing with some of the worst customers here in Midtown! I definitely admire that! Thank you Mishell, Ry, Eliana and Xochitl for being awesome!??

Terrible customer service! Drink that was made was watered down. The barista named Eliana was rude and looked miserable working there. If you don’t like working customer service, get out of the industry. Definitely would not recommend going to this Starbucks.

What's not to love about consistency of flavor, price and most importantly, speed of service? I like my local coffee shops too but I rarely have time (or patience) to wait 15 minutes for a coffee.

Don't really like leaving review if they're not positive but I can help myself. For one, their machines are down like once a week so the only drinks they can make is iced or just regular coffee. Fine, it's out if their control I dont mind. I asked for a pastry which they didnt even bother to ask to warm it up. Fine,I get that their busy. I went to the station to add my sugar and creamer. First of , there was a mess everywhere and to add there wasn't any regular sugar.i asked if they had any and was rudely told "no". Of course they accommodated with syrup pumps but it was the principal of how the barista answered. Usually the other stuff are very nice and friendly but the ladies working today were not. Sorry, I dont mean to be a nag but i rather drive to the one off Broadway.
