They have NO CONSISTENCY at this location especially. Every visit, the same order I always get is made different...they don't follow the order. We are spending $5-8 on a drink can you honor your customers by making their drinks correctly???? Do better or re-train all employees until they get things right. Forget about writing on cups and focus on the basics first...

I Came through drive-thru for my mobile order. The lady handed me my drinks dripping everywhere. I asked her for a napkin and she snapped “I don’t have any!” I told her then she cant hand me my drink without wiping it down because it’s dripping on my clothes & car. She found napkins and rudely handed them to me. I told her she was being rude and I was going to contact her manager. She rudely said ok and I just drove off. I can’t believe management is going to allow her to treat customers so rude.

Came here to meet a friend halfway from my house and his house. Three of the crew members were talking amongst themselves, Tall blonde, with bow in hair, a normal girl with black glasses, and another blonde that seemed in charge. I am 6 foot there is no way they don’t see me standing there while they all kept using words that are not work appropriate or custom friendly.
Just saying watch your mouth when customers are in the store, gossiping about other co-works isn’t very nice. I could be wrong but you never know the customers relationship to that co-worker.

Only thing good about this place is location. Keep coming back hoping for better. Typically gets drinks messed up. Ordered a fall pecan drink and pretty sure it had no syrup in it.

Of the 4 Starbucks in the area, this is the worst one that I visit. I actively avoid visiting this establishment and will travel further just to get better service.

The Employees really Need some Customer service and Attitude training, Sorry to say but as a Restaurant owner myself this Service is a Big Downfall and Zero( Nil). Please if the Manager or whoever takes care of the Account and reviews please train the Morning Shift Stubborn Girls for some Customer service and How to fix your attitude training because I am very regular morning customer and I noticed it couple times and was very disappointed.

Be careful at this location. They will try to add tips to orders and say if you hit the tip button to quickly it will add a tip . Keep in mind on this current visit the tip button never showed up when I was handed the kiosk to tap my card . Be careful ! Also the staff and management acted as though I made the mistake. I did not .

I requested a cup of ice water, but I was informed that I had to purchase something before they could provide it. I offered to buy the cup, but I was denied. This is unacceptable capitalism! I should be able to get ice water without having to buy something else. I won’t be returning to this location because the manager is inhumane.

I recently visited this Starbucks location because the drive through line was unusually long, so I decided to go inside. Upon entering, I was greeted by one of the staff members, which was a nice start. However, my interaction with the barista who ultimately helped me, her name was Aly was very disappointing.

From the beginning, she approached me with an unwelcoming attitude, starting our interaction with a curt “What do you need?” rather than a standard, friendly greeting. As I tried to place my order, I felt rushed and cut off, as if I were an inconvenience. I understand this location is often busy, but that’s no excuse for poor customer service. I wasn’t even able to complete my full order because I felt so uncomfortable and to make matters worse, the part of my order that was taken ended up being incorrect.

I had ordered a White Chocolate Cream Frappuccino with no coffee, but what I received was a White Mocha Frappuccino with caramel drizzle, which includes coffee something we specifically did not want. It was frustrating and disappointing to receive something entirely different from what I asked for.

What concerned me most was what appeared to be a difference in treatment based on the color of my skin. After my interaction, I observed the same barista helping other customers who were lighter-skinned with noticeably more friendliness and attention, even asking them if they’d like anything else, something she didn’t ask me.

I don’t normally support Starbucks, and after this experience, I never will again. This visit left me feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and unfairly treated. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to ensure all customers are treated with equal courtesy and care.

It was snowing and cold.

Staff were cheerful, helpful, quick and professional.

My usual decaf iced mocha was perfect.

This Starbucks was okay. I did not feel like they had enough staff for the drive thru and to handle the customers randomly coming in. The wait was too long and they were so busy making drinks they couldn't care for the customers that were inside.

I have to update review - going here 3 days ago hoping things would have changed.. having to deal with a rude worker... is very annoying it felt like they were upset that I was there ordering something as if it ruined her day...

Zero stars if possible. Absolute worst Starbucks I've been to. No customers ording in store or drive thru and 5+ minutes for a drip plain coffee with cream. Bad attitude from Adrianna-she made her coworker do her job...twice as I watched and waited.
