This place wouldn't provide Ice water even for purchase. I understand the new policy of no gree water, but I asked multiple times to purchase the ice water and was told they dont do that.. And starbucks wonders why they keep losing market share....

I've been going to this Starbucks since they opened since I lived in the area. I remember them being ok and going downhill.
Came today - still the same issues. Takes so long for a drink, disorganized, crowded, new employees don't know how to make the drinks and the customers are NUTS!
Will NOT be coming back.
Ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso, barista said maybe they forgot the milk. But my coffee was almost black, usually it's a creamy color.
Would recommend coming to any other location.

Such bad customer service. I went in and the manager already had an attitude taking my order. They then made the wrong order and charged me
extra for the drinks. Waited awhile for the drinks I ordered & they never gave me my cake pop until I had to go to them twice for it.

I came here the other day and wanted to use my free drink but as my husband was telling the employee she just walked away as she finished scanning my code then came back and said “sorry it’s processed you need to tell me earlier” ….yeah that’s what we tried to do but you walked away

I was excited to visit this location. I went through the drive thru and as soon as I got to the window to pay, the worker was not friendly at all and had a scowl on her face even though I smiled at her and greeted her (maybe I should be the one getting paid lol). She didn’t greet me and didn’t say thank you or anything. It’s a new location, at least TRY to act like you like your job lol. Maybe I expect too much customer service nowadays.
To make matters worse I drive off and realized they gave me the wrong drink so I had to go back, go inside and wait forever for a new one. The parking lot was packed beyond belief. The manager who I called about the drink was very friendly and did apologize for the inconvenience. Not sure if I will return though.
Step it up y’all, the D. Bros down the street will take your customers. 😎

We stopped by Starbucks today just for a quick coffee break. My husband and I ordered cappuccinos, and they were great — rich, flavorful, and energizing.
The atmosphere inside was clean, calm, and comfortable. A few people were working on laptops, and everything was well organized. The staff was efficient, and our drinks were ready quickly.
We sat outside where there are shaded tables with umbrellas — very comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing.
What really stood out to me is how kid-friendly this location is. There were small tables for little ones, and you can even get baby food like fruit purée — which is such a thoughtful touch for parents. Definitely a nice place to stop by, even with young children. Everything was neat and pleasant. Highly recommend!
Terrible customer service and maybe that’s because they’re all under the leadership of Victoria (if that’s her name). They refused to make my drink with my specified modifications for the sake of following corporate standards (and to teach me a lesson), YET when I called corporate I was able to get a refund for my entire order AND bonus stars for the inconvenience. If I am not allowed to order my drink with my desired modifications, Starbucks should update the app to take away that feature. Highly recommend contacting corporate when things don’t get resolved in store because they will always remedy the situation. Until then? Maybe a refresher on that customer service training module would help and a possible demotion for Victoria because it’s clear her leadership is tanking the business. Their ratings speak for themselves …..
Went there to write a bit. Was frustrated all open tables were disguising, so I had to clean myself before I could use. Ordered simple drip coffee, egg bites and an ice water. Waited 10 min before someone asked what I was waiting on. Told them and they got me my egg bites. Then waited for another 10 minutes my coffee until someone asked me again, where I had to remind them I’m still waiting on my drip coffee and water. They then hurriedly made my drip coffee, and I told them I’m still waiting on my water and the barista said someone else makes the water and it will be coming out soon. So I waited again and nothing. So instead of writing a bit as I enjoyed my purchase, I left frustrated, which has become a common occurrence at Starbucks. There were like 4 people in store besides me, and clearly all efforts were going into mobile orders and drive thru, not those in store. I’m a long time customer but there are many options for coffee, and this is the last straw for me as a customer. Waste of my time and money.

Josh refused to pour my refresher in a bigger cup with extra ice because according to him there isn't a button allowing him to do that. I asked him to just tell someone to do it and he said it wasn't possible. It's not rocket science simple request.
