I understand you guys were busy, I could see the line and all the people, but I was there for 30 minutes waiting for a drink and egg bites, nearly missed my flight waiting for them, had a panic attack, and still didn't get them because I chose to not miss my flight over food that I paid for and never received.

Every time I get whip cream it’s chunky. Don’t order the caramel ribbon crunch it’s more like caramel ribbon chunk ew rotten whipped cream.

i'm at the sacto airport on a Sunday and it's not opening till 12 and they do no longer have an espresso machine just a pod machine. They really don't care about taking care of people.

Worst Starbucks EVER!!! Stood in line for 30 minutes for a rude person to tell me they did t have what I clearly could see in their menu. Dont waste your time unless you want your day ruined from the start.

Undersized, understaffed, and woefully slow. I’m sure someone enjoyed the coffee I couldn’t wait any longer for because they couldn’t craft a drink in under a half an hour.

Slowest service imaginable. Ordered via the app and waited a half hour. I asked how much longer and they said it would be another 15-20 minutes. Had to leave before ever getting my drink.

After a 20 minute wait in line to order because mobile ordering was down, I get up to order and they tell me I can't pay with Starbucks app. I tell them they should have something telling people that in the long line so they have that information before waiting for 20 minutes. Was met only with attitude. Horrible experience!

I ordered the lavender cream oat milk matcha latte. I was supposed to get 3 pumps of lavender cream for a grande size. But I feel the there wasn’t enough cream. The drink didn’t look like it was supposed to look, half violet and half green. It was full green in my case. But they took the ‘light ice’ customization seriously though.
