Were doing mobile orders *only* my most recent visit. VERY slow -- 35 minute wait for a drip coffee.

Specifically asked what time this store closed, was told 9 PM… Came at 8:45 to order a coffee before my departing flight and was told they are closed, would not let me order… BS that if they’re open till nine that they decide they can close at 8:45 because they’re too lazy to serve customers… Specifically October 4 at 8:45

15 minutes after opening time and still lights off, nobody even there. What a joke.
They were taking orders at rate of around 4 people every 10 minutes and offering up the coffee and food at an even slower rate. The location was understaffed and the staff present was slow and poorly motivated. I should have gone to one of the sit down restaurants. I would have taken the same amount of time.

Hello, I just came back from my trip and decided to come to starbucks. I really appreciated this worker named Elizabeth, she was very kind and knowledgeable when she was explaining to someone how to correctly order drinks to people who know very little.

The worker was annoyed that I was paying cash. They should have more acceptable ways of payment.

Took an hour to make an iced green tea. Refused to refill the iced tea after my flight was delayed. Allows people to wait in line for about 20-30 minutes before acknowledging.

They should probably just shut this one down. Baristas don’t even know the ingredients here in the drinks. Ordered a drink with oatmilk because of a lactose intolerance and had to google the ingredients later to find out the powder is the drink is made with milk. Not the most fun airport trip.

While waiting for my flight, I strolled into the Starbucks for a black Grande….the most simple of drinks at Starbucks, right? Well…the drip coffee maker was broken. Come on, Starbucks! You’re better than this.

Just don’t go to this Starbucks especially if your flight boards in less than an hour… they cannot manage the slightest smidge of a rush (10 people). I sat there for 45 minutes waiting for my drinks which never came, and ended up having to leave because my flight started boarding. I tried to quickly get a refund but the manager was in absolutely no rush, and I ended up needing to leave while she was in the midst of figuring out how to help me
I also noticed several food health and safety violations while there such as: 1) dropping lids on the ground and proceeding to pick it up and use it without cleaning it off. 2) touching nose and mouth and then proceeding to touch food items. The manager also was guilty of these violations. I think a call to the health department is in order.
I don’t care how badly you need your fix in, don’t support this absolutely abhorrent Starbucks.

This Starbucks opened super late in the morning :( as a previous Starbucks opener I'm not sure why it takes a full hour to open a store, it always took me less than 20 minutes, but they were very late.
