The coffee was watered down. It was a venti pikes black. Hard to mess up to be honest. Second time that has happened at this store and I’ve only been there 3 times total. The staff needs training on how to make coffee. Very disappointed, never have this issue at the Gateway and ElCamino store with watered down coffee and I’ve been going there for 2 years straight.

Everything is 5 Stars ⭐️ across the board, however, no 5 Stars for Starbucks directly as it is very disappointing as I attempt to manage my sugar intake by reducing the number of pumps of pumpkin spice in this specific case. So let’s say the recipe calls for 5 pumps, and I request only 2 pumps and two pumps of sugar free. I will get an additional charge for the sugar free requested pump. It cannot be added in lieu of the pumpkin spice pumps I did not take! Dutch Brothers offers lots of sugar free options. I love Starbucks. They use to offer a few sugar free options. Unfortunately no longer. Just sugar free vanilla. Customers want to reduce sugar! Otherwise, love y’all. All y’all’s.

My favorite Starbucks! I've been here about 5 times now. Always amazing, kind customer service, and bonus it is brand new. Everyone I've encountered has been extremely friendly. I will keep visiting this location since it's near work, too!
