My favorite store as of late! My order is pretty easy, but can become tedious or annoying during their busy hours (probably doesn't help that it takes forever to have to type things out by touchscreen on the reg). Some of the places that I used to frequent before I moved to Natomas would have baristas who aren't very friendly and showed disdain for my order. This place though, AMAZING! Staff is super friendly and make it a point to remember you. No matter what time of the day or night that I stop in, they are always accommodating, super sweet, and very friendly. I go out of my way to show my appreciation Everytime I stop in because of their superb customer service. From the manager down to the baristas, they are all great here and always ensure that my drinks are made to my satisfaction before I leave the store. Thank you Management, and staff! You guys are awesome 😁

I came to just get a small water I was thirsty and didn’t have the funds to actually purchase a drink or I would’ve obviously , and they told me I couldn’t get any water unless I made a purchase I thought that was kind of ridiculous..sad you can’t even get a cup of water now days

Invest in Youth

Long wait in drive thru. An employee by the name of Jovani didn’t like the fact that Starbucks employees have to wear the color black while working there. I believe that if you don’t like the unison Starbucks is creating then you shouldn’t be working at Starbucks. Starbucks you need to actually hire people who align with the company’s mission

I came here to try and relaxed and maybe browse the internet. Since they don't make the drink I use to like I decided just to get an ice water instead. I fully was prepared to pay for it too. As another 1 star reviewer mentioned, there were 4 people working and not one person said hello or came to ask what my order was for a good minute. Finally an employee came over and spoke so low I can barely hear them (one person also said the music was loud here, which wasn't really the case this time, she just spoke so low), and also seemed unfriendly. I asked for a large ice water and I guess she said the policy is that you can't get an ice water unless you buy something? So i was forced to spend $4 on a pastry just to get the water. Only 1 out of 4 total tables inside was available and not one of them had a power outlet for a laptop. I then proceeded to wait for over 5 min for a dang ice water, like really the easiest possible thing you can make and I had to wait for 3 or 4 other orders to be made and they weren't even for customers inside at the tables since they all had their drinks already. Their wifi is also horrible and slow. It can be fine one minute, then it will take forever to load certain pages.

This is the worse experience I've ever had at any Starbucks location and I will not be back to this one again.

This Starbucks is the worse ever. The lady at the window had an attitude. The drinks were not fix right. Mine drink had a hole at the bottom of it which wasted in my car. Never again.

At first I was a little bit frustrated at the fact that when I typed in truxel Starbucks my order went to this Starbucks which has never happened before. But I did any reasonable person would do and I made sure that I was not trying to take that out on anybody else cuz it was just a mistake. BUT. When I got to this Starbucks I walked in. There was about four or five women behind the counter and not a single. One of them said anything to me. Not good morning not how are you not? Are you here for pickup? Nothing. The drink and the sandwich are mediocre as always, but it's convenient and that's okay cuz it's Starbucks. But the service the service was poor.

I was having a stressful morning when I dropped my drink only to have a kind barista walk up and clean the mess before getting me a second replacement on the house! The staff are very polite and the coffee was pretty good. Definitely coming back as a regular.

Store is nice and clean, however it’s one of the loudest Starbucks I’ve ever tried to do work in. The music is quite loud which of course causes people to talk loudly. ALSO there’s only 1 accesible outlet. The seating area is huge, yet only 1 or 2 lucky tables get to charge their laptops.
