I’ve given this location several chances, especially because it’s so close to where I live, but the experience is always the same. Every time I walk in, no one greets me, and the barista typically stays on her phone before acknowledging me. Today was no different—when I politely asked for a pup cup, she rolled her eyes. I genuinely want to support this spot due to the convenience, but the customer service has been consistently disappointing.

Slowest branch of Starbucks. I travel for work and have been to many busy Starbuckses. This one is impossibly slow. I had to leave my drink and run to my show bcs they couldnt get a chai latte in 25min 🤷🏻♀️

Nice baristas just very slow. I’ve given this location multiple tries and every time I’ve waited over 30 minutes for a drink. Don’t go here if you’re on break or if you are in a hurry.

Pay attention to your purchases and transactions. They only accept cards to get a “tip” . They added themselves a “tip” after someone said no tip and manager said sorry no refunds. That’s called scamming. Instead go to the coffee shop across the street from them! They seem very nice and never crazy busy . Ppl should not feel forced to tip you. Especially with the location they’re at, they’re making money like crazy each day. I will be contacting someone about their “system”.

I visited this Starbucks location recently, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. First off, the service was incredibly slow, even though there weren’t many people in line. I waited over 15 minutes for my order, and when I finally got my drink, it was wrong. I had ordered a caramel macchiato, but it tasted watered down and barely had any caramel flavor.
The staff didn’t seem to care much when I pointed it out, and instead of offering to remake the drink or even apologize, they just shrugged and told me they were busy. On top of that, the seating area was dirty—tables weren’t wiped down, and there was trash left on some of the chairs.
I’ve had better experiences at other Starbucks locations, but this one just fell short on every level. Definitely not worth the visit if you’re looking for good service or a clean, welcoming atmosphere.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I was there for a conference and just asked for water as we already got drinks earlier but the lady on register refused to give water and said it’s only with the purchase. I have never seen any starbucks franchisees saying NO for water. Also the attitude of the lady was on top. Will not recommend to anybody. @starbucks need to have a check on the customer service they are providing. There is no option of ZERO stars otherwise I would have given that.

Mobile ordered here multiple times and at least 3 times they did not start my order because they were out of ingredients. Don't know why they don't update the system so you can't order the item. Ordered a brown sugar cold brew and got a caramel iced coffee because they were out of brown sugar and cold brew. Now I just walk to the P street location and they don't mess up my order.
This is the Iced Matcha Latte with Gold Oleato Golden Foam! 💚 Eh, I’m a little disappointed that the foam for this drink didn’t really taste like much compared to the chocolate cold foam, and it just tasted like regular foam. It also sank really fast, so I didn’t have too many chances before it fell, nooooo 😭 I think this drink was a little basic, so I don’t really recommend it sadly 💔 The drinks here are really pricey too compared to other places, but I do appreciate that this coffee place was opened for a little bit on 4th of July while other coffee places in Downtown were closed!!!
