I believe I am a easy going person with no fuss and rarely provide negative feedback in public. But today perhaps is a new day. We went to Ippolito’s and literally everything went wrong. After arriving and being seated, our water arrived quickly. Our sever was polite and took orders for drinks and food reasonably quickly. For the next 25 minutes, we had no plates, napkins, cutlery or bread. Our kids were quite hungry and eventually they got us some bread which was super hard. Our food eventually came and literally nothing was eatable. My $24 pasta was literally uncooked so was my wife’s spaghetti and my son’s kids pasta. Besides pastas were super sour with red and white sauces. The food lacked salt and flavor except for the zucchini in my pasta. My younger one had kids cheese pizza and wasn’t great either. Our Italian sodas were ok. After paying $82, we literally came home eating nothing. Our server did offer to cook the pasta but we had already lost our patience and we were not ready to wait for another 20 minutes. To be fair when a customer leaves all the food on the table, I would have offered to remove some charges but we were not offered. We only took home pizza and left behind all the food. I really don’t like to waste food but today I had no other option. Besides this, the ambience was clean and quiet and plenty of parking. I have plenty of experience with Italian cuisine and this has been definitely a unique experience for sure.

What a wonderful experience. No wonder the restaurant was packed on a Friday evening. Our server, Holly, was personable, attentive and very knowledgeable. She explained how everything from the pasta and sauces to the desserts were homemade and fresh. And boy was she right. For appetizers we enjoyed calamari fritti and burrata. The former was tasty but a bit tough while the latter was incredible! For main courses, we had the shrimp scampi, the tuscan chicken and shrimp, and the casarecce gamberetti. All were flavorful and filling. For dessert we tried the tiramisu, bread pudding and gelato. A great way to end a wonderful meal. The restaurant's interior is vibrant and nicely decorated. Prices are very reasonable. Check it out! We will definitely be back!

Once again Nicolas and his staff were over the top they even had a busy evening and we had called for a delivery and when it was maybe 10 minutes behind they called and offered cannoli or chocolate mousse to make up for the wait. We’re so fortunate to live blocks away from this fabulous restaurant with old fashion service-“we’re here to please the customer and make things wonderful with delicious and fabulous food”. We had the filet mignon-cooked to perfection and the Tuscan chicken and shrimp- excellent. Thank you Nicholas and staff-you’re always so kind and the best. Jan Saber

Back again tonight! Great food and awesome service, the owners really care.

We recently placed an online order for pickup at Ippolito’s Trattoria. We arrived a little early, and the staff immediately offered us a seat at the bar to wait, which was a thoughtful touch.

Although the order ended up taking longer than expected, the owner personally came out to apologize and surprised us with two of the most amazing coconut cannolis as a thank-you for our patience. What a treat, they were absolutely delicious and truly made the wait worthwhile!

It’s rare to find a restaurant that not only serves great food but also goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued. Ippolito’s Trattoria did exactly that, and we’ll definitely be returning.

Now that I have your attention, the food is really really good. But the QR code from the brewery next door takes you to a circular BS loop that doesn't work. It's terrible and I hate it. I had to buy an extra beer to get over it.

Hidden in a stip mall, this Italian restaurant has great music, attentive service, and even the owner met us and brought our food to us.
Will be adding this to my Hidden Gems list for my friends to keep in mind.

We went to dinner with friends. Seafood pasta was very fishy, my husband had to send back. Chicken Marsala meat was dry. I ordered eggplant parm. It was not completely cooked. Lasagna was ok, but sauce lacked flavor.

Came here for dinner with my family as we had never been here before despite having spent so much time living nearby! The restaurant is very clean and beautiful inside. The staff were super friendly, nice, and attentive. The restaurant has lots of parking in the front and is easy to miss because it is in a shopping center off a not so busy road.

They have a nice sized menu of different items. I ordered their wild mushroom tortellini, my brother ordered the fettuccine alfredo, and my mom got a salmon dish but I can’t remember the name. I enjoyed my pasta, the filling of the tortellini was nice, the white sauce it came in was a bit bland. The sauce tastes heavily of cream without a lot of salt or pepper or Parmesan. The portions are decent, the plates they serve the food in are huge so that may be why the portions don’t look as big. Our food came out quickly. I also ordered an Italian soda with cream and it was light and refreshing without being too sweet! I would come back.

This place should charge double. True food, the recipes, the rich flavors, the portions, everything was wonderful. We had the spaghetti limone and the wild mushroom ravioli and they were SO WELL done. I felt back in Italy. The owner and chef is super nice, and our waiter was lovely as well. Don’t miss the pistachio cannelloni for desert.
Sharing a photo of our bliss.
