We love the food but they have changed the recipe for the Pasta Siena and it’s not good anymore. They should change it back. There is a spice in it now that’s too strong. Please change it back.

Excellent service and great food. I had not been to Strings in 20 years. It was great that they still had the house salad! We will be back❤️ Our sever was very attentive and really nice.

My wife and I stopped by String Italian café in Carmichael for breakfast.

I ordered the green chilaquiles - honestly some of the best chilaquiles I’ve had anywhere, very homemade, tortillas were crispy, just like mom’s. Perfect balance of spice, crunch, and flavor.

My wife had the stuffed French toast with strawberries on top, super delicious without being too heavy.
