Came to this location there was only 1 customer in here. With 3 employees here i waited 10 minutes before i decided to place my order online thinking it would be quicker than just standing here. Needless to say they just ignored me the whole time. 5 customer Came and went by the time my sandwich was done. Never coming here again i missed my whole lunch break.

Your employee Acquriana was the only one working during a rush hour lunch time and had a line plus An Uber Eats order which was me, and I gotta say she did an awesome job, only one customer left but that’s ok, if they would have stayed five minutes longer they would’ve been next. They were out of everything, they could barely make a complete sandwich, it was awful. And what they could make they just threw together. I was embarrassed for the employees and just to be there.

I ordered online and paid in advance. They made it completely wrong with things I didn't want. When I called to resolve it, the lady lied and said it was like that on the order. Before I could tell it was printed correctly on the receipt so that couldn't be true, she hung up on me. Every time I tried to call back, she picked up the phone and hung it up. Would you want to be treated like that?

Jennie was my server, she was amazingly friendly. The ingredients for my sandwiches was fresh and delicious. 5star for Covid practices.
