I been going there every week I went there on thrus Sept 28th git two footlong turkey sandwiches that whit bread was hard and she over cook my Italian herb bread then I had coupon she did not know how to put it in took her 7mins then she ask the African American he showed her and I ask her do you know what your doing she said yes and did not then she try charging me for getting bred heated up I been coming there 3 months now and never got charge for it she said we charge for that i said I was just here 5 days ago so then black guy say yes owner been getting on us to charge for that and I told him that's not my problem and you all should have a sign up stated that and let customers know we charge if you get your breda heated up give us that option when I first got there she made we wait 10mins before she help me she was busy putting away their orders shipment she need to be train to know you help your customers first not make them wait so I never want her to help me again I'm good she need to be trained

They can’t event toast bread properly, game me turkey instead of ham and when I call them they don’t care at all. Worst subway I’ve been to ever. They said do whatever you want we don’t care.

Rude Indians , very very rude . I went two days ago terrible customer service and gave me no napkins either . Then my friend goes today and same issues just an attitude reason , not listening to her requests on her own sandwich and refusing to look at what the menu says when a specific sandwich is ordered . Let's just be real maybe if your black , don't go to this place .

Well I came in there and I started to create my sandwich I was a little difficult what I wanted on the sandwich I am a paying customer gentleman got a little rude but the sandwich ended up being excellent sandwich ????????????????

Ordering a sandwich and the lady immediately asked if I was paying with ebt. Said no, don't even know why thats a thing. But after making it, she went straight to the next person and didn't ask them. Asked why didn't she ask him the same question, and there was no answer. Makes no sense to ask a black person that and not the next customer who was Indian just like them. You have a history of bad customer service and its only getting worse. Disgusting behavior

They discriminate. I was a paying customer (me and my friend purchased a sandwich and were eating and enjoying our company). I asked to use the restroom. The sign on the bathroom door said, "Bathroom for customers only," but they denied me access. I take water pills and am diabetic, so naturally, I was disappointed and needed to go. 3 customers enter the store after me and asked to use the restroom, and they were allowed to use the restroom. Wow, what the heck??? After witnessing them being allowed to use the restroom, I asked again if I could use the restroom, and they denied me again. An argument ensued, and before it got out of hand and violent, I decided to take the higher road and leave. Just terrible. I won't be going there anymore.

Bad customer service, the guy literally made my sandwich messy, he was just carelessly throwing everything on my food it looks nasty. I will never go here again. He got an attitude because I said I didn't want the sandwich toasted. Very rude, and then talked to another employee in his language and they kept laughing. This is very unprofessional in a work setting. Hope you get fired for not doing your job.
