Hello I went to the subway on 1140 expo blvd Syed is the best hus customer is all 5 stars he deserves a raise and he always make my sandwich how I like it

HORRIBLE Service the lettuce always looks old and disgusting and the Workers always have an attitude it’s ridiculous please have adequate upkeep on your food that is being consumed by the public

The workers has bad customer service and I will NOT RETURN. They get mobile orders wrong, so when u have to drive back which isn't free and when you let them know they get a attitude with you. Because they CANT READ! Be women enough to own your mistakes. If you can't do the job with a smile on your face and treat other's how you want to be treated, when dealing with people then YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE THIS TYPE OF JOB!!!!!! That short old Hispanic lady got issues and this is why I'm no longer nice to people when they act like this AT THEIR JOBS. No one is forcing you to work. Looking and dealing with people like this in public make me treat them the way they treat me. And I wear a smile like it a part of my makeup. But those people need to stay in a closet and never get jobs. This place had a HURRY UP AND BUY VIBE. It also feel like the workers don't care about their kraft. They Just THERE, no emotion no connection with anyone just get your food and go type vibes.... which I do. But after today I might just stop coming here she rubbed me the wrong way and ruin my entire day

Walked in to place a custom foot long sub person taking the order just repeatedly said that's are menu and would not tell me any options for my custom sub repeatedly repeating that this is there menu

Came in late close to closing. So I got the hurry I wanna go home treatment..hahaha but I'm OK with it. Food good simple you make your sandwich taste as good as you want it to be.

I've been to this location multiple times and it's never open at the posted time! The worker there is not very welcoming. No greeting when I enter the door and I had to wait 10 mins before my order was taken. There were 2 customers dining im and the employee was not making any online orders. She had no sense of urgency. Here it is 8:15 am and the doors are still locked. Unbelievable! If there are any technical difficulties maybe a sign should be posted! So disappointed. Oh and when I finally ordered the tomatoes were soggy and gross!

PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR RECEIPT IF YOU TAP TO PAY. THEY TAKE OUT TIPS AUTOMATICALLY!!!!! I DIDNT NOT AUTHORIZE THE TIP!!!!! I CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME I SELECTED THE TIP AMOUNT. IT DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR MY PIN SO HOW DID I CHOOSE MY TIP?! WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!

I don't know where to start so I haven't been to Subway in a while for the reason being I've been going to Sourdough and Co. I received coupons so I decided let me comeback to Subway let me start by saying this location only allows you to pick from 3 Sandwiches when using a coupon and that thin layer of thin meat they give it's not even worth using the coupon or wasting your time. Might as well been a veggie sandwich cause that's all you can taste and tomatoes soggy lettuce wilted and brown this Subway needs to know there is competition out there and they need to hold up Subways brand name before they go out of business. The older lady that works there has been giving me wrong information on coupons and what Sandwich to get so called another Subway they had told me I just couldn't get the number 30 and 7 sandwich. Thus location you can only pick from 3 types of sandwiches so yes I'll drive a little further on my lunch to go to that other Subway. There was a young lady that worked at this location and she was awesome she handled the weekend rush and was calm under pressure and she was working alone with doordash and customers waiting she was great. Now that's a SANDWICH!!!

Rude behavior zero service
I was out and just about 15 minutes before closing as soon as the the lady saw me she closed the door and I tried knocking but refused to make my food just 15 minutes before closing

A footling sandwich that used to cost me $7, cost me close to $16 this time. The sandwich was good, as it should be for $16.

The store was very unclean and smelled pretty bad. I try to judge without pretense, but this time I should have. The worker there was very rude and denied coupons with no genuine reason. She didn't even scan or read it, I highly recommend somewhere else.

Sandwich maker was super rude. I come here regularly as a quick stop. Had to use the bathroom. Worker refused to let me use the bathroom unless I ordered and paid first. Too bad for Subway, I was an out to order multiple sandwiches. Doubtful I’ll be coming here again. Walked over to Starbucks and got great service.

‼️Be aware: the working boy with tail is really rude is really out of mind, he doesn't look like manager or owner he is a gangster. He is ready to fight with you for no reason. Be aware of him.?
