Time on line says open till 11pm anc drive across town and the lady is putting all the sandwich makings away and open sign off , so mad !
Felt sandwich and vegetable and other ingredients are not fresh. Place is not well cleaned and tidy.. atmosphere in the area not that great.

It's my second time here and I am not a fan. The first visit, the guy was a mute. On this visit, the front person was inconsiderate.
Today around 6 pm, I ask the customer service person for a cup of water and she bluntly denied having any. In this case usually they offer the regular small size cup, but not today! because she was on the mission to say no.
I left with disappointment and I may not return here, unless the customer service is restored. The food is the usual Subway food.

Always good there is nothing to complain about the meals here. You may find from time to time that disrespectful workers , none.working bathrooms, but the food is always the same . My fave cold cuts , my kids .netball marinada, chicken , roast beef, and others . Choose all the veggies you want ,for me, it is all of them for sure.

It’s not the first time that i receive a stale bread
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Today, I went to this location at 10:00 a.m., and my experience was beyond unacceptable. There was a hair in the lettuce, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, the person there outright refused to change it. She claimed that the store only gets one delivery per week and that they didn’t have any more lettuce to replace it.
This is not only unhygienic but also a clear violation of health and safety regulations. According to food safety laws, such as the FDA Food Code (Section 3-101.11), all food served to the public must be safe and free from contamination. Allowing food with visible contamination to be served is a breach of basic food safety standards and public trust.
This incident reflects poor management and a disregard for customer health. I would not recommend this location to anyone until they resolve their hygiene issues and train their staff properly.

I do not recommend eating at this location on 65th and Folsom. They appear to discriminate if you are not of their same culture. Some type of nepotism has created their and they only favor same kinship.They declined my punch card a year ago saying they never punch any of my tickets. Their rude bad service. Un professional.

Went in at 8:05am immediately said it’s going to be 25-30 minutes. I stated, “so you’re not open?” then claimed he just got in. Rude.
