It's my second time here and I am not a fan. The first visit, the guy was a mute. On this visit, the front person was inconsiderate.
Today around 6 pm, I ask the customer service person for a cup of water and she bluntly denied having any. In this case usually they offer the regular small size cup, but not today! because she was on the mission to say no.
I left with disappointment and I may not return here, unless the customer service is restored. The food is the usual Subway food.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Today, I went to this location at 10:00 a.m., and my experience was beyond unacceptable. There was a hair in the lettuce, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, the person there outright refused to change it. She claimed that the store only gets one delivery per week and that they didn’t have any more lettuce to replace it.
This is not only unhygienic but also a clear violation of health and safety regulations. According to food safety laws, such as the FDA Food Code (Section 3-101.11), all food served to the public must be safe and free from contamination. Allowing food with visible contamination to be served is a breach of basic food safety standards and public trust.
This incident reflects poor management and a disregard for customer health. I would not recommend this location to anyone until they resolve their hygiene issues and train their staff properly.

I do not recommend eating at this location on 65th and Folsom. They appear to discriminate if you are not of their same culture. Some type of nepotism has created their and they only favor same kinship.They declined my punch card a year ago saying they never punch any of my tickets. Their rude bad service. Un professional.
Bread was stale. Several sandwiches had the bread was burnt. Store smells like the smoke shop next door, not like fresh bread.

Okay normally you know what your getting at Subway, fast nice subs. And they are good! But this place just genuinely has a very bad employee, idk her name but me n my partner have been there 4 times already. 2 times she wasn’t there and the experience was okay but the two times she was- my god, she makes you feel awful and awkward and its just not fun. She’s disrespectful and mean. We don’t know her name because she hasn’t given it. She has brown black hair usually in a pony tail, tan skin, and the most tired uncaring attitude. It makes the experience terrible. Thanks for reading my review, if i figure out her name i will update but truly have never felt more just judged at a location in my entire life.
