The wait time is really high even if the food is ordered online and the employee named “Sayeh” is really rude and not approachable when it comes to choosing the ingredients.The sub’s made here are visibly unhygienic and these sub’s are not even replaced when asked.
My experience at this Subway was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Sayeh. They were unnecessarily rude and did not handle customer interactions appropriately. Good customer service is essential, but their attitude made the visit uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location due to the behavior of the manager, Sayeh. Instead of providing a welcoming and professional environment, Sayeh was rude and unprofessional when interacting with customers. Their attitude was dismissive, and they did not handle customer concerns appropriately. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a customer service role. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures a better experience for future customers.
I ordered online and the staff were super friendly and nice. We got two sandwiches both were perfect and tasty (Baja chipotle chicken and meatball marinara) It was very empty and peaceful on a Friday afternoon and I was able to get my birthday cookie :D
Even they have the herb and cheese bread which I ordered they used white bread, gave a shit reason.

MUSLIMS BEWARE! I bought a chicken teryaki footlong and the messed up ny order and mixed in bacon in it! ITS AGAINST MY RELIGION TO EAT PIG MEAT! Check ur sandwhiches before u eat them! They didn’t seem to care when I asked them they just said oh sometimes it happens!
EDIT: I saw other people's reviews after leaving mine and it's obvious this is EVERYONE'S experience. I wish I had checked the reviews first. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.I went to the location for the first time today and it had been a while since I ordered Subway last time. After being unsure what kind of bread to order, I didn't get asked what cheese I would want or what vegetables to add. The staff member just threw in some basic tomatoes and lettuce to rush me out of the door. After remembering what my prior experiences at different Subways are, I am appalled by the terrible service at this location (not to mention the sticker shock but that's everywhere).This is definitely not the kind of Sandwich I wanted and I would not go back any time soon.

I never write reviews but I am so disappointed with this Subway that I would not want other students like me to spend $15 for a footlong, when you cannot even customize your sandwich to add more toppings! This place defies the agenda of Subway, which is literally “customize your own sandwich”. Apart from that when I had to add more toppings to my sandwich, which I was willing to pay extra for; the workers were just straight up rude and snooty about it. I have worked at Subway myself so I know how frustrating it could get, but the place and the workers here are just straight up impolite and impatient. Go to To-gos instead to purchase quality sandwiches worth the money and good service.

The workers are rude, the store doesn't take coupons, and their new ordering system sucks. I paid $13+ for a 6", small drink and chips. That's insane.

This is the only Subway I've ever been to where they DO NOT make your sandwich how you want it. Isnt that what sets Subway apart from other sandwich places? They're serving up flat and nasty sandwiches with little to no toppings. And if you ask for more than 2 shreds of lettuce on your sandwich be prepared for them to get really aggressive and nasty with you. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I was sad that they didn't toast my sandwich for the full amount of time it was supposed to but it was still edible. There was a huge line so they were rushing which I wish they didn't do :(.

The manager is rude. She hardly put any topings on the subway sandwich and then told me that I couldn't add any other toppings if I ordered a specific #numbered sandwich, which I have never been told at any other subway location. For it being on campus, I would expect her to be more friendly, but no. She should really consider working somewhere else and not in customer service. It's the last time I'm coming here.
