Food is ok! But Coustomer service poor. The staff unhappy looks sad do even greet to you and top of that stare at you like you have done some kind of crime. Atleast say hi to your Coustomers so they don’t have to think before go there again.

I hate this subway im going to contact the management. yesterday 4-4-25, they closed 30 MINUTES EARLY and they WERENT supposed to CLOSE UNTIL 9:00 PM. I HATE THIS SUBWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Employees here do not care about quality of food. As someone who worked at subway before I can tell when management is not strict. They don’t give you the fresh breads, don’t warm up the meats enough. Slapping the sandwiches together, no care for the quality. I recommend going to Del paso. The employees there were always professional and take care of your sandwich. A good rule of thumb is if the location of the subway is in the ghetto don’t go there. If the area is clean chances are the subway is clean. This explains a lot of low performing subway locations that you find in the ghetto. Because the area is run down so no one cares about how the food is prepared to people who live here.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY . I went on 03/12/25 around 4:30-5:00. The only person in there was rude.She made the sandwich with no love she just through my sandwich together. My flatbread was made like a taco .It was bad .I did order online got home with nothing I ordered. I will never ever return to this subway on 4000 e commerce way in Natomas I’m telling you do not go here, and especially don’t order online!They don’t care!! These folks are money hungry and only care about the American dollar!

I’ve been to your Subway locations many times, both the one on Del Paso and the one near Costco. I’m not sure if they have the same owner, but the same girl, Arsh, works at both. I come to Subway regularly for food, but I’ve noticed that this girl, Arsh, teach her some training in customer service. She never greets customers, and when she takes orders, she has a different kind of attitude. I think some communication skills training would really help her in her role. One day, I even felt embarrassed because she threw my order onto the counter, almost like she was sliding it. Please look into this.

Manjinder is very friendly and great with good Coustmer service. Me and my mom come first time and we enjoy my mom is very pick buy the way she make the sandwiches it’s turns out sooo good after that I keep coming back again and again . And will definitely recommend. I ask her name Bcas she deserves appreciation to make my family happy . I hardly enjoy subway from other locations Bcas with veggie it’s barely give taste. She make so juicy and tasty. Thanks for the good food

I used to go to this store atleast once a week. I used to order online. They never give the right order. If you show them what you ordered and what they gave they wont do anything and you will het no choice. This happened multiple times and I stopped going to this store.
