This is the worst service I've ever received. It's the only one that forces me to place orders online, and its online system doesn't work well. None of my cards were accepted, giving me a message that the card was invalid, which it wasn't. When I asked the person serving the order for help, she couldn't do anything, not even take it, when in every subway, the person serving the order can take it. The attitude of the person who attends is terrible. The service is deplorable!

We just visited this Subway location and had a really disappointing experience. The employee was extremely stingy with the vegetables – they didn’t even cover the sandwich properly. When my son politely asked for a little more, we were told there would be an extra charge.
We also ordered meals, but the chips were kept in the back. When we asked if we could see the options to choose, the woman working there said no. She was also very hard to understand and didn’t seem willing to help at all.
This is not the kind of service we expect, and we definitely won’t be coming back. Very disappointing.

The lady working there, Is very rude. She doesn’t care about the service, I was standing there for 10 minutes but she did not take my order even tho I was the only customer there. The sandwiches she makes are messy. Every time I come here she acts like this. I don’t think she wants to work here.

No wonder they are low rated they deserve to be out of business. Server didn’t know subway rules for wishing customer while customer enter in subway , may be she didnt bother to wish because she is punjabi ad i m. Second thing i ordered veggie delite while making a veggie sandwich she is organizing chicken and cheese in food freezer and without changing her gloves, my veggie delight and give it to me

Food is ok! But Coustomer service poor. The staff unhappy looks sad do even greet to you and top of that stare at you like you have done some kind of crime. Atleast say hi to your Coustomers so they don’t have to think before go there again.
I hate this subway im going to contact the management. yesterday 4-4-25, they closed 30 MINUTES EARLY and they WERENT supposed to CLOSE UNTIL 9:00 PM. I HATE THIS SUBWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Employees here do not care about quality of food. As someone who worked at subway before I can tell when management is not strict. They don’t give you the fresh breads, don’t warm up the meats enough. Slapping the sandwiches together, no care for the quality. I recommend going to Del paso. The employees there were always professional and take care of your sandwich. A good rule of thumb is if the location of the subway is in the ghetto don’t go there. If the area is clean chances are the subway is clean. This explains a lot of low performing subway locations that you find in the ghetto. Because the area is run down so no one cares about how the food is prepared to people who live here.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY . I went on 03/12/25 around 4:30-5:00. The only person in there was rude.She made the sandwich with no love she just through my sandwich together. My flatbread was made like a taco .It was bad .I did order online got home with nothing I ordered. I will never ever return to this subway on 4000 e commerce way in Natomas I’m telling you do not go here, and especially don’t order online!They don’t care!! These folks are money hungry and only care about the American dollar!
