The dumbest thing they said was that “we don’t accept coupons cause we lose money. I don’t know why they keep issuing coupons.” 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ Horrible representation of the company when literally the coupon came from Subway itself. I went ahead and ordered online with the coupon, and it’s accepted. It’s just bad customer service and unprofessional.

Do not stop here if you planning to take a coupon, this lady do not accept coupons, (is the second time that use one) but she doesn’t tell you even if you show your coupon until the sandwich is made, that way you buy the sandwich at the full price. But she excuses telling that the corporation send them not the restaurant, also saying that the corporation does not know the bills they have to pay wick it is bad excuse. Well I will never get back here.. I always pay in full, first time I want to use it and it was a bad wrong place to use it.

Didn't order anything the elderly lady saw coupon in my hand,with frown on face said we don't take coupons!I explained this Subway coupon was from Subway Corporations she responded it don't matter we don't take coupons! 😕 Went to another Subway they were happy to take coupon!!SOME MONEY IS BETTER THAN NO MONEY SUBWAY OWNER!!

I went into this subway to get a free 6 inch sub on veterans day, being a veteran myself and was told after asking twice that they didn't honor that offer. Was so disappointed and upset, that I just had to post this! Shame on this location!

5/24 The owner is nice but the young girl sneezed in her hands and kept working on stocking vegetables also she unlocked the doors and didn’t take my order because she wasn’t ready putting all the vegetables and breads away.
