It's unacceptable to be open and have your employees turn away customers because they "have a big order they have to fill and can't help you". If you're that understaffed don't open the doors to the public.

The food was good and the staff built the sandwich do it wasn't wimpy. Mu only real issue was I think it's inappropriate to tell a customer you don't like your job because people call out too much. As a customer I have no control over that. I'm polite, pick up after myself, and order efficiently. That's where my part stops.

Okay. Here is to everyone reading this. This is the best subway service out there. The way they make the food, or sandwiches to the best most accurate way without breaking the rules. Many, but not all are very stuck up in downtown, they believe they own the place. The review about the women who said she hates mobile orders, she has every right to say that. The subway is a small team, and it's not fast food. Most fast food like MCDONALDS, and BurgerKing have that extra area for mobile orders. Subway is smaller organization, and a healthier option but not meant to take additional mobile orders at the fact that, they come in during lunch time. It's downtown, lunch time. You are cutting all the people and making others upset. It wasn't the subway workers choice to open up their app and doordash. Theyre only human, and as much as the customer is right, the workers have to repeat this process over and over again even if it's what they signed up for, the least one could do if no tip, is to have customer service toward the customers too. It works both ways. Thank you.
