Came to this location because it is the closest. I brought a coupon for two foot longs and she decided that it was not in the promotion. So I payed for them fully. Then she gave me my chicken bacon ranch hella cold. I had to warm it up at home. Not coming back to this location.

I've visited this location several times, and while it's generally okay, I’ve had some off-putting experiences — including once seeing a roach, and staff that often seem indifferent. One time, I saw food fall on the counter and possibly get returned to the display — which made me uncomfortable. More recently, I accidentally sent an order to this location instead of my work one, and when I called to cancel, they told me I should have called before it was being made. Overall, I'm reconsidering if I'll return.

Subway app changed my order address to this one instead of the subway close to me. I immediately called the phone number since the subway app doesn’t have a cancel order button. Initially nobody picked up so i called again and then got hung up on.
I called back later that day to explain the situation and the woman on the phone was less than helpful saying there is no way to get any sort of refund or store credit.
I asked to speak to a manager and she refused.
Subway website is so useless there is literally no contact page for a message, no phone number, nothing. I have no recourse except for this review.

Do not go to the Subway on Fruitridge and Stockton blv the Customer service is horrible and they don't honor the coupons.
Went in to order I was waiting.. my brother opened the door he didn't step foot in after opening the door. He was told to get out and leave. 2 people one man with a yellow turban and a female. They don't know my brother and I do alot of business there. Not anymore. Lost a customer
Went here recently for lunch and was told they don’t slice the meat when you order a pre-slice it in the morning which that’s not what they advertise, but that’s what I was told also Recently shut down for health code, violations cockroaches…
Lazy employee doesn't want to work told me they open until Noon

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve come to this subway more than once and every single time it’s the worst customer service and throwing the sandwich together. I get everyone doesn’t want to work in food service but it doesn’t help to be rude to the people spending money in the establishment.

I wanna discuss incident of this place. I ordered a tuna sandwich and I just saw a fly in my sand wich and I think manager was working there .
I went to him to complaint about this and he just replied me that we will make a new one. It’s nots. Thing of new sandwich ..that was so unhygienic and there is weird smell coming from tuna fish.
And I came home without buying any sandwich and did get my refund back . Because I just hate the way they make my sandwich and the behaviour of staff and manager was in my hate list.
I would recommend to not to go there ever in your life. I think it was worst subway. One star for your bad behaviour and for your sandwich.

I went into this Subway on 11/13/24 on my lunch break, and there are 3 workers. One sitting down, she was the owner and one was stocking the chips. As one girl was behind the counter helping another customer. I was standing there for 20 min, while the girl stocked the chips & got on here phone, and the she stocked some sodas. At the moment I walked she should have stopped what she was doing because the chips wasn’t going any where. She should have helped me, by time I finally got help. My sandwich was done, in like 3 min. By this time my lunch is almost over. Waiting 25 min when there was no line and 3 workers is ridiculous. They were very unprofessional. And they have a sign that say under new management. Customer should be .the number one priority. Was very disappointed!
First time at this location today. The new owner was very friendly and polite. The service was so good I wrote this review. The store was clean and well lit. Sandwich was tasty and fresh. 10/10 will return. Not all subways are created equal. This one is at the top!
